"Your stomach is." Bade commented, crossing his arms and huffing. He pursed his lips, then attempted to smile again. No good. he thought. I can't fake-smile. I just can't.

Bade cleared his throat nervously, then flicked his head. "Oh...well, aren't you going to eat? It's illegal to let them starve like that. It's called murder." His voice was quiet, kind of afraid. He was mostly afraid of Charlotte, who seemed so intimidating, and because he couldn't fight back if she decided to go off on him. That would be illegal, as well.

Bade rolled his eyes and said, "What? I'm going to have to force-feed you?" He sighed. "You've gotta eat something, Charlotte. Whether you like it or not. It's not like you can get out of this now; you've been sent here. Unless you choose to, uh, give it up, you're going to have to keep it alive, whether you like it or not." He stayed quiet for a while. "And I'm sure you already love it, since you've probably already gained your maternal instincts."

"I haven't the slightest idea." Bade said, slightly amused. "Probably over there, on the floor. Sorry 'bout that, s'just that I...well, you obviously know this already, but I tend to lose control of myself a lot." He shrugged. "Like I said, I'm messed up in the head." He blinked. "Hey, that kinda rhymes!"

Charlotte sighed, and scrambled to the corner of the room to pick up her bag. She pulled out a Jones bottle, a tupperware container full of Spaghetti and a container with cheese in it. She grinned, "I'm always prepared." She pulled a fork.

Bade smiled. "Yay." he said simply, flicking his head in an attempt to toss his hair away from his face. He glanced at Charlotte's bag. "...How much food do you have in there? There's obviously not enough to last the entire time you're here, but I'm *censored*uming either you aren't staying here, or you're going to eat it little by little."

"Do you really think you'll be here that long?" Bade asked quietly, looking down at the floor. "I do." He pursed his lips. "This is basically an insane asylum, and as you can see, I'm insane." He sighed. "If I don't get outta here, I at least hope you do. You don't need to be here; you're not insane."

Bade smiled slightly, his eyebrows furrowed. "I do, though. It's not that complicated; they try and make you, like, un-insane." He laughed. "It's like summer camp, except the people aren't all giddy and happy and hyper. No, it's nothing like that. It's basically prison, but they try and make it fun."

Bade nearly choke on the air he was breathing. "I don't know," he breathed. "The last time that happened...they...they were separated. They ran away, and they came back on their own. Eventually, they were let go, but..." He shrugged. "Why?" he asked, scarcely breathing.

Bade's shoulders slumped. "Yeah...he was." I probably shouldn't tell her we're both bi. And that he seems to like me. "His name's Russell, by the way. Kinda matches him, huh? Russet red hair, and Russell kinda sounds like russet." He smiled a bit. "If you want, I could..." his voice trailed off. "I dunno. Whaddya want me to do?"
