"Russell," Bade rasped. The russet-red haired male looked up, blinking once.

"What is it?" Russell asked, tilting his head.

Bade tossed his ebony black hair out of his face. He had washed the colour out of it a while ago, using something he got from town to restore his hair colour back to natural. "I think I'll be going out to town later today. Wanna come?"

Russell frowned, puckering his lips just the slightest bit. "No. Why are you going to town, anyway?" He stared at Bade, waiting for an answer.

"I'm almost out of cigarettes." Bade explained.

"You've still got a pack or two left, haven't you?"

"...Oh yeah." Bade blinked.

Russell sighed, shaking his head. "Wanna go window shopping instead?" he asked.

"Yeah, I guess." Bade replied, sighing. He looked up when Mell walked into the cabin, smiling. She sat down next to Russell, who sighed. Mell had finally agreed not to attack him so often about a month ago, and now she just acted like a really clingy friend.

A clingy and needy friend.

Charlotte's eyes shined. Seth sped down the highway at top speeds, but not fast enough to slip on the snow and ice. She kept her eyes on the decorated houses, and the Christmas lighting. Finally, they pulled into the place Charlotte had met him. Bade.

Seth slowed his black marcedes to a stop. Charlotte climbed out of the car, holding her child to her chest. It's black hair shimmered in the cold, snowy light. She looked around for Bade. Seth got out of the other side. She purred to her son, "James, it's time to find your father.."

Bade was dozing off, his face pressed to his wrist. Eventually, Mell got impatient and smacked his arm out from under his head, and Bade's face smacked into the hard wood of a table.

"Ow, what the hell, Mell?!" he snarled, getting up.

"You were asleep!" she hissed as Russell began to sink into a corner.

Bade gave her a nasty, annoyed look. "That's because you were taking so long in the shower." he said, still giving her that horrible look.

"Are we going or not?" Russell shouted.

Bade blinked at him, surprised. "Yeah." he said, still stunned. All together, they walked out of the cabin with Mell trying to grab Russell's hand. He shied away, eventually migrating to Bade's other side.

"Bade, look over there." Russell said, tugging Bade's sleeve. "I think it might be-"

"Charlotte." Bade breathed, staring. "She's...here?" Both Mellonie and Russell stayed quiet, staring at Charlotte as well. "And it's been a while, hasn't it?"

Mell looked down, chuckling. "Congratulations, Bade." she said, looking up at him. He was already walking towards Charlotte.

"James," Charlotte mumbled. Seth whispered something in Charlotte's ear, and then hugged her. He smiled at Bade, chuckled, and then climbed back into his black marcedes and left.

Charlotte turned to Bade. "Oh, I missed you..." she mumbled, "I shouldn't have left.."

Charlotte's eyes glowed. "And I'm not leaving again- without you, at least." She tilted her head to where she had a single backpack sitting. "Seth is going to visit every weekend, and bring any supplies we need, okay?" She fought the urge to tackle Bade and hug him.

Her hair was different too. She had grown it out, and it curled delicately down to about her waist. She dyed the tips blue.

Coincidently, Charlotte was wearing the exact outfit she had worn the first time she had come here.

"Okay," Bade looked Charlotte over quickly. "Hey," he said, blinking. "your hair...you changed it." I really don't want to tell her the blue doesn't match her outfit..But her hair does look pretty. "It's really nice." He smiled at Charlotte.

Charlotte blushed, and took James back from Bade. She chuckled, "Seth wanted me to do the tips blue.. though I'm not really a fan of the colour. I don't wear it often." She blinked warmly at him, "I like your hair too. I see the rainbow is still there."

She glanced at James. "I wonder if he'll have it.."
