Dethal sighed then rested his head on the ground. His leg was getting painful, and there ws a sort of small pool of blood on te ground where his leg was.

Lucian went over to Dethal. "Where in the world is Lilian?" He asked, worried. "Hang on, Dethal." He said to the hunter.

Dethal groaned then closed his eyes. He wanted to just fall asleep but fear of what could happen kept him awake.

Dethal bared his fangs then a faint growl escaped from his throat. "Don't mind my growling," He muttered to Akari. It was painful, but he tried not to move his leg.

Lucian watched Akari, hoping that Chaos and Zallion would be okay, he didn't want the two other hunters to end up getting shot like Dethal.

Dethal sighed a sigh of relief. "Thanks," He murmured." Well, would that bullet sink if we dump it in the river?" He asked, then remembered that that was where the humans were coming from. "Maybe we shouldn't do that."

Akari nodded. "Don't mention it." She thought for a second, then asked, "Shouldn't I be washing your wound? Isn't that what a medic does?" 

I supose," He replied then lifted his head, "I could make it over there." He pointed with his paw to a small pool to the side of camp where other wolves would go to wash or have a little drink.

Dethal shook his head. "No, no you didn't." He looked down at his wound then licked it a few times. "Where do you think Zallion and Chaos are?" He asked, then saw Felan and Lucian talking to each other.

"Come on, Lucian, just let me have a look." Begged Felan, swishing his tail eagerly.

"What if you end up getting shot like Dethal?" Asked Lucian, "And what if you get shot somewhere else besides your leg?"

"I'm just going to have a look, I'm not going to go walk up to those humans."

Lucian sighed. "Fine, fine, but be careful."

Felan nodded then dashed off, glancing at Dethal and hoping that he wasn't going to end up like that as well.

Akari was worried for Felan. "Please make it back okay." she whispered softly, half prayed. She turned to Dethal. "I don't know for sure. Keeping watch near the humans' territory, probably. That'd be just like Zan." She was worried for her brother, not wanting him to wind up getting shot too. "Maybe-maybe I should go with Felan. Just to be on the safe side, y'know. If he does get shot, I don't want him to be alone."

"Okay," Dethal grunted, moving his leg. "Just don't get shot yourself." He glanced at Felan who had stopped and watched Akari and him.

Felan gave a slight nod to Dethal. Although he didn't really know why. He thought it was just to make sure that he was going to be okay.

     Chaos didn't want to go on by himself, but someone needed to see how many humans were coming. Dethal also needed help, he cursed himself for going on. He skidded to a halt, only barely realizing he had almost run directly off the small cliff overhanging the path the humans were coming from. Small rocks pumeled down, bouncing and clicking all the way. He huffed. At first, he didn't realize what he was looking at, there were so many. Way too many. He let out a small whine and high tailed it in the other direction.

    He med Zallion on the way back, "Bad!" He said, fear in his own eyes. "There are waaay too many of them! We can't fight them off. There are metal animals with them as well, carrying males, females, and pups alike!" He said, breathless. "They're not just hunting, they moving in!"

     Aria couldn't beleave her ears. She had just come back to camp after checking around the camp to find Dethal wounded. She made her way to him. "Are you ok Dethal?" She asked gently, calm as ever. She needed to stay calm no matter what happened. "Where are Zallion and CHaos? Were they hurt as well?" She asked, thinking of their faces. She didn't know why, but when she mentioned someone close to her, she imagened their faces.
