"Aki!" Brian shrieked, running up to Aki. He should have stopped her, and now he felt guilty for making Aki a monster like him. "I'm so sorry." He said, upset for making her a monster. "I shouldn't have....." He trailed off and looked away, now even more guilty. ~~~ Crystal followed after Christian, and as soon as he opened the door she went into the house, and smelled the smell of blood. It smelled so good, now that she was a vampire. "So..... am I supposed to charge at the human or something?" Crystal asked quietly, not wanting to alery whoever was upstairs. She could hear a vampire hissing, which gave her the feeling that there was another vampire here besides herself and Christian. "I think theres another vampire here." Crystal said suspiciously. "Now what?" ((Sorry, I gtg. D: Please don't go on without me or i'll be probably be really upset, especially since I hate being left behind. ;c))

"Its not your fault." Aki trailed off, turning from the sunk face of the boy. "Its mine." She wasn't sure how, but she didn't want him to feel bad. "By the way, I think, I fdon't know though, that there are vampires in that house of there." she pointed to a house with a shambled roof... ((Ok.))

((I'm back! ^o^ Everyone may continue now. ;D Dust: Crystal and Christian are in Maksis/Seth/Taylor's house, they have just entered and Crystal plans on feeding, and Diamond, a vampire hunter, is trying to kill poor Maksis. xD)) "It is my fault." Brian said, a sorry look in his eyes. "If only I hadn't turned you into a vampire." He said, looking down. Then when she mentioned the house with a broken roof, he looked up. "So...... are you saying you want to investigate?" He asked, an adventurous gleam starting to appear in his eyes. He loved exploring, especially if at the end they get to conquer the bad guy.

Maksis forced himself to calm down, though the gun that was currently being pointed at Taylor was not helping. He grabbed Taylor's shoulders, trying to get her to relax before she hurt herself, but she shook him off. "Leave us alone. Maksis hasn't killed any humans and is no harm to us. You have no business of destroying my family," Taylor said defiantly.
Current Goal: Hatch a Black and Albino Shaefu. Get all Dye Kit Color Shaefu. 2 Dyes so far and 4 Shaefu Hatched. Thread up in Ads if you want to see what I'm selling.

"Look, I don't care whether he has harmed you or not. He's still a monster, and theres still a chance, even if it's very slight, that he could kill one of you and many others. The monstrous need for blood remains in him, no matter how kind he tries to be. He'll always need blood, and will eventually have to kill." Diamond said, trying to be calm. "And get out of the way." She demanded at Taylor. "As much as I hate to harm people, i'm afraid i'll have to harm you too if you don't step aside and allow me to do my job." The gun was still pointing towards Taylor, and if she were to step aside it would be pointing at Makisis, and then Diamond could shoot him. She felt no pity for Taylor or Maksis, she was just doing her job, and it wasn't her fault that Taylor just can't seem to accept the face that Maksis is a monster and needs to die, and that Maksis is a blood-sucking monster.

((Guess I will just post Aurora's intro and if Mercy doesn't post sometime today I will just make Isis run away or something.)) Two bright red eyes watched a girl crawl forward, unsing her nails to help pull her as she slowly bled out. She was making small weeping noises and gasping for air through her sobs as she dragged her broken body. Behind her the two bright red eyes glared almost like a fire in the rising dawn. The girl grabbed at a few tree roots and dragged herself towards a tree. She leaned against the tree, curled up into a ball, and began to softly cry. She suddenly stopped her quiet sobs as she heard footsteps come towards her and looked up to see a small, thin girl standing in front of her. "Quinn...I don't want to die. Not on such a beautiful night..." The girl said wipping her tears away. Aurora didn't answer as she stood there watching the girl slowly bleed to death. "No one ever wants to die." She whispered feeling her fangs pierce into her lip as the smell of her blood teased her, making her feel more hungry the longer she didn't eat.

Taylor began to protest again when Maksis pulled her back. She paused in her rant and glanced back at Maksis. He ruffled her hair and gave her a small smile before pushing her behind him. He stepped to the side so Taylor would not be in line with the gun. He held his arms out to one side. "Go ahead. You're right. I won't be responsible for killing innocents." He said and closed his eyes, preparing for the bullet to pierce him and end this torturous life.

Diamond didn't hesitate. It was her chance. As soon as Maksis was not blocked by Taylor, she pulled, and then a silver bullet was now shooting at Maksis, about to hit him.

(( INTERVENTION. o_o Bam. ))
It was several minutes after the vampires and hunter broke into the house that Seth woke up. She stretched, feeling serene until the moment her wrist started to burn.
With a gasp of pain she doubled over, clapping a hand over her wrist as if that would do something. Makeitstop. She thought, closing her eyes. This was much, much worse than last night.
She'd have to disinfect it again. Sliding out of the thick duvet, she pushed open the door and stepped silently into the upper hallway.
Sounds of distress and argument reached her ears. Seth perked up- Maksis and Taylor's voices were clear as day to her, with another one she didn't know. This got her alarms on red alert.
Stepping forward with haste, she crossed the hallway as quickly but quietly as possible. She didn't hear or see Crystal and Christian, who stood not far from the stairs.
Seth pressed her ear agains the door and listened to the argument ensuing. She had come rather late though, and only heard Maksis' last words.
"Go ahead. You're right. I won't be responsible for killing innocents."
Though the words didn't indicate anything directly, Seth could tell he had just permitted his own death. She bashed through the door, paused to absorb the sight of Diamond's gun raised, then darted forward to receive the shot.
It blasted right into her shoulder, near the base of her neck. With a muffled yelp Seth crumpled, caving in to the intense pain. On the floor now, blood slowly leaking from the wound, she looked up at Maksis. "Idiot!" She yelled, paying no attention to Diamond. "Are you stupid or what? Ever heard that freaking suicide isn't the answer?"

Diamond gasped, staring at Seth in shock. "A-another interference!?" She asked angrily, not the slightest bit sad for Seth. It wasn't her fault that Seth protected Maksis. "Whatever, now you'll probably die too. The impact from the bullet is probably enough to kill idiots like you." She added, glaring at Seth. "Might as try again." She mumbled, holding up the gun towards Maksis again. This time she hoped there would be no interference so she could kill Maksis and finally get her job done.
"Aim," She said, making sure the gun was aiming at Maksis. "And fire!" She cried out, pulling, and sending a bullet straight at Maksis again. It was zooming towards him.

Maksis knew that Seth was yelling at him, but all commotion was drowned out in the room. Blood leaked out of Seth's wound and Maksis suddenly found himself kneeling at her side, the bullet the girl had shot missing him by a few inches. The smell of the wound was intoxicating. He bared his fangs and watched, mesmerized as blood slowly dripped from the wound on her neck. His eyes burned crimson as he craned his neck down, about to lick the syrupy liquid. Something in his mind screamed in response and he opened his eyes. Immediately, he jumped back, gasping for breath, and not able to look at Seth. Instead, he focused on the girl that had wounded Seth. With a gutteral snarl, he leapt at the girl in hopes of catching her off guard.

Diamond hadn't realized what was happening until it was too late. "No please!" She shrieked. "I'll do anything, i'll leave! Just whatever it takes to keep you from biting me! Please!" She didn't like the idea of becoming a vampire or getting killed. And she was acting nothing like how she was before, but thats because she was scared. She acts like a total coward when in danger.

Seth's breath caught in her throat as she felt Maksis' warm breath on her neck. She knew it was the blood, which was, admittedly, her fault. But she didn't want this. She sat, completely paralyzed as Maksis leaned forward.
Nothing happened though; She heard Maksis gasp and then he was gone. A shiver ran up her spine, but she didn't move. She was still in quite a bit of shock, as much from the unexpected wound to what had just happened.
A feral snarl snapped her back into focus. She saw Maksis attack the girl who had tried to kill him, and for a moment she felt as if she deserved it. Which maybe she did.
As Seth forced herself to stand, she clasped her hand over the bullet wound. Blood spilled over her fingers in her effort to get to her feet, which eventually she did.
Before she could say anything though, the girl Diamond was screaming, promising to leave. Her eyes widened, and an indescribable relief coursed through her. Maks or Taylor wouldn't be hurt today.
"Leave, then." She finally said, trying to sound like she was fine. Me? Bullet hole in my shoulder? Nah. "Right now."

Maksis grasped the girl in his hands and pure fury pounded through his veins. He bared his fangs at the girl, only thinking of taking revenge of Seth when her blood hit him yet again. He turned his gaze back toward her and found blood spilling out of the wound. He released Diamond, still hoping to have left bruise marks on her arms. "Leave this place. If you dare to hurt my family again, I will kill you." He threatened and bared his fangs in her face, letting out a hiss. "Taylor, grab something to stop the wound from bleeding," Maksis said as he forced himself to hold still. His head was pounding and his throat burned like wildfire as Seth's blood quickly filled the room, but the smashed window was clearing the smell. He kept his gaze steady and held his breath. He wanted to be sure this girl left before he ran out of the room -- Taylor was already on her task before Maksis shouted orders. She had grabbed one of Maksis' nearby shirts and approached Seth. She laid the shirt on the wound and pressed, hoping to staunch the flow of blood.
