Sounded like Isis had gone upstairs to intrude upon Crystal. Christian didn't care all that much. A human shouldn't have been a huge threat, and they were friends. If there was any commotion, he'd go upstairs and intervene, but he was honestly deterred by the idea that Crystal was getting dressed. Walking in on her would probably make her hate him even more than.. anything else could. He was not going up there unless he had some reasonable suggestion that someone was about to die.

So he hung out in the living room, casually looking through all of Crystal's neat stuff. It almost seemed like she lived here alone, which was strange for someone of her age. Or at least he.. thought.. so. It was hard to keep track of human ages sometimes..

Crystal nearly screamed when Isis entered, and was stopped.  It took her a while to realize what was going on, and then she gasped.  "I-Isis?  Is that you?" She asked, staring at Isis in shock.  Crystal had thought that the vampire girl, Angel, had killed her.  But it turned out that Isis had survived.  Crystal was too shocked, and was still slightly focused on killing herself, to even have a thought about the scent of Isis's blood.  Yes, it was tempting to drink it, but Crystal managed to fight it back.

"I thought you were dead." She said quietly.  "You were lucky.  But i'm not so lucky.  I'd rather have gotten killed than become the monster I had always hated." She sighed, unhappy.  She stared at Isis for a moment, then began to speak again.  "Please go away, i'm going to-" She pointed towards the wooden stake Crystal had been trying to use to kill herself.

Christian had already started up the stairs when he found himself left alone for a while with two girls possibly conspiring upstairs to kill him or something. He was about half-way up the staircase when he heard Crystal's bedroom door open and the words '... If you are sure you want to die this way.'

No. He left her alone for five minutes and she was already trying to kill herself again! This was.. ridiculous.
At the top of the stairs he walked past Isis, just brushing by her without a word. And then he threw the bedroom door open, sizing up the situation immediately. Crystal was about to impale herself.
"Honestly?" He hissed, taking a step into the room.

"You'd really go that far?" Christian said quietly, looking at the stake in her hands. This wasn't the same as just letting herself die in sunlight. Even if that was painful, she wasn't the one inflicting it. Pain was worse when you could control it, because often people would hesitate. That's why so people commit suicide by stabbing themselves.
"You'd be able to inflict that sort of agonizing pain on yourself. And your friend here will just let you. You're that desperate to get out.."

He was honestly wondering whether he should be bothering to put up so much resistence to her. He was surprised that Isis hadn't prevented this. Humans nowadays really thought that it was alright for a vampire to kill themselves, because they'd be doing the world a favor?

Crystal rolled her eyes.  "Whats the point of living if i'm a monster?" She asked him.  "Explain why.  Don't just give me some silly answer like, 'because you'll get used to it and everything will be alright.'  I want a full explanation.  Maybe you'll be able to convince me to live this time." There was a slight demanding and challenging look in her eye.  She really wanted to know the reason.  She still found it rather stupid that Christian was trying to keep her alive.

"And my name is Crystal." She said, sounding tired of him or annoyed.  "There, now you know my name that I have been refusing to tell you."

She'd given him her real name? This was some seriously unexpected progress.

Slowly, Christian lowered his hand, gaining confidence in the fact that he probably wasn't going to be stabbed to death in the near future. You could almost see the gears in his mind whirring into action as he formulated a response to Crystal's prompt, fully ignoring the human girl behind him. He'd deal with her later- and, spoiler alert, he wouldn't be terribly happy with her for almost allowing Crystal to kill herself. But, at the moment, there was something perhaps a little more important to deal with. He was sure if he could come up with a good enough answer, a good enough answer that she might actually listen to this time, then he could at least keep her from attempting suicide for a little while.

"It's just that being turned.. is no reason to die. There's just as much a reason to live as a vampire as there was for a human. It'd be a complete waste to kill yourself. It would've been one thing if I'd drained you dry as a human and killed you.. but turning you and causing you to kill yourself is too cruel. You're making a horribly rash decision because you're upset and miserable."
He was speaking quietly, his tone even, just listing off the reasons that it was foolish for her to try to end her own life. He was still painfully aware of the human standing behind him. Isis could say a lot of things that would just cripple his argument right now, and if she dared speak he'd probably respond by tearing out her throat with his bare hands.

 Isis stood quietly behind them. She wasn't sure of whether or not to be happy about this so she simply was neither and instead an emotion between happy and sad. She had really been looking forward to watching Crystal stab the other vampire, but it was kind of interesting watching Christian try to talk her out of it.

 Ilian still sat at the window and watched the other house. He'd seen the two vampires walk in and was starting to get a little worried, but he knew Isis well and that she could protect herself if anything were to go wrong. He stood up and grabbed a knife from his pocket and carved the words 'I will be watching you' into the bottom of the chair. He turned around and walked towards the front door before he open it and quietly walked outside and began to slowely continue down the street.
