Crystal no longer looked terrified, she was glad to have another human with her.  Being with her own kind gave her a sense of comfort.  "I'll tell you." Crystal said, beginning to tell the story.  "But just don't freak out like I did when I saw it." She laughed at that bit.  "I was looking out the window, and I saw this male vampire walking down the street.  There was this human girl, and she appeared to be angry at him.  From my window I really couldn't hear what they were saying, so i'm just as.suming the girl was yelling at him.  She punched him, and the man tried to apologize it appeared, and then glared down at her, probably because he was tired of holding back the urge to bite her.  The girl began to run, but it was too late and he lunged at her, and bit her on the neck.  She fell, and lay there, curled up on the ground.  I went to get a camera, wanting to take a picture, but when I came back I thought they were gone, but then I spotted them.  The man was holding the girl, about to....." Crystal stopped, and caught her breath.

"Kiss her." She finished.  "Not so scary, but it was creepy." Crystal said.  "I ran upstairs afterwards, so thats all I know." 

Taylor woke with a start as a shadow loomed in front of her. She struck out with reflex, striking the figure in the cheek. The figure cringed and grabbed her wrist, mumbling a few choice words. Taylor immediately relaxed her hand and sat up. The figure let go of her hand. "I'm sorry, Maks," She said as her brother, Maksis, cradled his cheek. He rested his hands to his sides and did not mutter a single word.

"Are you okay? I didn't mean to scare you." He said after awhile. Taylor scooted closer to him, their bodies touching. He moved to his left quickly, hating the feel of her pulse beside him. Taylor glanced down, tears already swarming in her gray eyes. "It's not your fault Maks. You wouldn't hurt me. I know you wouldn't." She said and the silent tears slid down her face as her voice choked up.

Maksis was hesitant, but he put his arm around Taylor's shoulders slowly. The outline of his eyes glowed crimson and his fangs were bared as Taylor's pulse quickened. He had surprised her, what with not coming into contact with any human since the time his change had occurred. His own tears were black as they slid down his pale cheeks.

"I have to find others of my kind. I have to leave you." Maksis said, standing up now. Taylor yanked on his wrist, forcing him back down on the bed. "No, Maks. You can fight it. You know you can." Taylor said though she knew it was no use. Maksis tore his wrist from her grasp and opened the door to her bedroom. He lingered for a moment, but did not dare look back at his sister.

Taylor leapt off of her bed and ran to the phone. She knew there was only one person to call at a time like this. There was only one person that would be there, but she was not sure how she could tell her friend. She glanced down warily before closing her eyes in pain. Her knees gave way beneath her and she fell to the ground, but the cordless phone was still in her hand. She dialed the number, praying that this person would answer.

Rage: Did she call me a girl earlier?! D:< *Tackles Sarya*

Me: Stop freaking out. It's not a big deal. And besides, it's probably an easy mistake to make.

Rage: *Glares*  >:( I'mnotafemale.

((Yea, some of her posts are a little short, but who doesn't post smallness every once in a while?XD))

 "Kiss her? I don't know that much about vampires, but from what people have told me they usually don't...Kiss." Isis said finally walking away from the window. "The vampire chasing me was an old friend of my sisters. I never thought he was a vampire until we were talking tonight and he became hungry." Isis said. "I guess the fact that he always seemed nice until then means that other vampires must be able to feel love and other emotions." She said as different thought boiled in her mind. "So, have you seen the girl or the boy around before?" She asked.

Crystal shook her head.  "I haven't seen them around.  And i'm positive that they were about to kiss.  He was leaning forward, his lips close to hers."

I glare out at the surroundings. The park is empty, except for the trees, bending from the strong wind that sweeps over the area. I sigh as I sit on a park bench, cold from the frost of winter and I wonder why I am out here in the first place. I shrug, there is no reason, its just because I feel like it. I lean back on the bench, my black hair my blue hair flying over my features as I bl
ink.

My eyes, deep souless puddles of dark purple. They resemble pits that see nothing, do nothing, useless little balls of purple. Luckily, my eyes, corrected with gl*censored*es, for I am not entirely blind, could see out into the cold world, the sunlight ever dimmer. As the sun slipped over the hills and the moon crawled into the sky, I sighed, thinking how niceit would be if I could remember why I found so much joy in the sunset.

Was it my past, the past clouded in darkness and hate. Yes, but it is my past and something that is lost to me, for now, at least. I close my eyes, thinking how much better the world would be if I was not me. If I didn't loiter the streets at night. Ah, what a dreadful world that would be. I tuck my hair into a ponytail, my eyes still closed, and lay my hands on my lap. With a dreamy sigh, I fold my clothed arms and fall into a deep sleep....

Akai, the mysteriousghst-like being, a vampire like others. His voice was quiet, like a scared little boy as he whimpered at a p*censored*ing woman. The woman cocked her head, seeing him. To her, he looked like a shivering little boy, the way he was standing, but in truth, he was 19 year old, a monster in a teens body. As the woman came closer, to give him a piece of bread, he lunged, knocking her to the ground.

His red eyes flicked from her shoulder to her neck and a smile spread across his pale face. Yes, he was cold, but to him, he was the perfect tempterature. He leaned down, so close that his breath which was unnecesary, brushed against her throat. And then, with a gleem in his eyes, he chomped down on the fleshy part of her neck. He screaming died down as he sucked on the rich blood inside of the woman.

When she was empty, Akai smiled and shoved her into the bushes. The animals would take care of her. As for her money, he couldn't help but smile as he thought of what he could buy with it...
