Taelin rubbed her arms, even with her coat, the frigid air froze her clothing to her, making Taelin all the more cold. She paused before deciding to go down the alley way,a short cut, home. Though, with all the events going on with vampires and humans fighting each other, Taelin wasn't sure if any where she went was safe. Although, there was an alternative to being changed,sort of a bright side, vampires lived forever if they didn't get roasted by sunlight or staked. Either way, you still had good chances.

        Taelin glanced up, damn, she'd forgotten to turn and now was at the dead end, now she wasn't at all where she intented to go. She turned around, though now cautious, alleys were dark no matter the time of day. Taelin continued back litterally just thinking something might happen to her, like someone just leaping out and snatching her. Coming to her turn in the alley and down another, she dashed to the wooden door at the end of it and removed ehr house key from her pocket. She jabbed it into the lock and turned it before skittering inside and  slamming the door, locking it in the process. She turned around and gasped in shock, some of her things were knocked over,broken and even missing... she listened and made no movement or sound. This was too much havoc for her cat to cause. She tensed when she felt something warm and fluffy rub against her leg but relaxed, knowing it was only her black cat Kayze.

"Mreow..." A cat looks up at me with round blue eyes and I can't help but open my eyes and smile at the pitiful sound it is making. "Come here girl." I say, leaning down to pick the kitten up. "What's a cute kitten like you doing here?" I wonder, petting the cat. "Well, you don't have a color and you don't look mean, so I dub you Feyth." I smile. Its perfect name. The cat seemed to have come when I most need a friend.

Feyth yawns, kneeding her claws into my tunic. I shake my head and she seems to get the signal, curling up and closing her eyes. Her purring as he rub her soft fur, calms me to a certain extent. I am no longer worried about what that night has to bring and after a little while, I fall back into a deep sleep..

Maksis' eyes fluttered open, the crimson gaze back to its original circle around the iris. The warmth of a human had woken him up and his throat burned. He immediately sat up and moved as far away from the girl as he could when he recognized who it was. His eyes flashed a blood-red before he covered them with his hands, holding his knees up to his chest. "Get away from me, Seth. I'm a monster," he sobbed. He hated how the sweet smell of her blood intoxicated him, almost driving him mad. His fangs bared, but he kept his face concealed with his crossed arms. "I don't want to hurt you," he whimpered, more to himself than to her.

Taylor felt relief course through her as Seth promise to come to her aid, but then fresh agony seared her as the truth hit her. Maksis was never coming back to her. She curled up into a ball, still clutching the phone. She grit her teeth before hesitantly putting the phone back onto the side table. She pulled herself into the kitchen and sat at the counter before realizing she was in total darkness. She flipped the switch to the kitchen and laid her head on the cool granite top of the counter.

[[ I have a question. Do humans turn into vampires if a vampire sucks someone's blood or if they just bite and leave the venom in? Like Maksis could suck someone's blood but they wouldn't turn and if he just bit and didn't suck the blood, then they would turn? Like that or He bites, sucks their blood and their vampires? o.o just wondering XD ]]

((Thanks Snaky and Marshall for waiting for me. ^^  I was going to post, but my dad made me get off again, then I went to bed, went to school, and whatever you get the point. Dx

And it seems like everyone forgot that the humans were supposed to hunt the vampires. xD  It's even in the plot. :P  Also I might edit Crystal's pic, she's starting to look silly in that red dress of hers. xD  Actually, just ignore the dress. :P  Everything but the dress is how I want her to look, she'll be in a fluffy pink skirt with a light blue shirt that shows her belly and arms. ;D

And one more thing, i'm going to add another character. ;D

Actually, just one more thing. xD  Shadow, this is based on real vampires, so it would probably be sucking some of their blood, but leaving enough blood to allow them to transform into a vampire. ;D))

Crystal was watching what was happening through her window.  When she saw Isis being followed, she almost screamed.  But she didn't, she was a brave girl.  Well, judging from her behavior today, she seemed like some timid 18 year old girl.  But truthfully, she is brave.  The romance between the vampire and the girl just sorta messed her up.  But soon she'd be back to normal, or at least she hoped so.  She watched, and wondered why she was just standing there.  Can't she just do something?  And she almost forgot about her wooden stake, which was on a table.  She probably would look silly, some pink haired girl in a fluffy pink skirt and a light blue shirt that shows her arms and belly, holding a wooden stake.

She grabbed the wooden stake, clutching it in her hands so hard that it made her knuckles turn white.   "Here I come." She mumbled under her breath, not really in mood to fight.  She walked, an annoyed look on her face.  She had to deal with another vampire again.  Will things get even worse?  Sh seemed to be hunched forward when walking, something that makes you appear to be either lazy or just unwilling to do what you were doing.  She straightened her back, looking ready to fight, and put on a brave face.  She opened her door quickly, and stepped out of it, holding the wooden stake in front of her.  Isis and the vampire weren't far, and she felt a sudden wave of terror go through her.  Sure, she had dealt with vampires before, but no matter how many times she did it, it always made her feel scared.

"S-stay b-back!" Crystal warned, but her voice came out all shaky and scared, not much of a threat.  "O-or else i-i'll-" Fear stopped her from talking for a moment, and she almost forgot her task, but soon remembered.  "Or else i'll use this w-wooden stake o-on you!" She finished, feeling rather happy that her voice came out more brave than before.  She looked down at the wooden stake in her hands, which had some blood stains on it, since she had used it to kill other vampires too.  Then she looked back at the vampire behind Isis, and glared.  She finally had enough courage to look threatening.  She put the wooden stake even more in front of her, in a position like how someone doing Tai-kwon-do would do right before fighting, getting ready to punch or kick.

 Isis growled turning to face the boy. She had left her steak at home with the rest of her weapons that she hadn't been able to get to when Ilian attack. Stupid, stupid, stupid... She thought to herself as she baked away from the vampire and towards Crystal. She was trying to think is she could use anything as a weapon or come up with a good threat, but she couldn't think of anything. She was glad to see that Crystal had a steak, though at first the girl seemed more scared then threatening.
