Shiara finished delivering Aurora's pups, and knowing that she would wake up soon, snuggled the pups against her and left. She noticed Calyx freaking out, and sprinted over. She picked up the smell of smoke, and called Maxx to follow it. "Maxx! I found something!" Maxx raced over, running through the steam to find Blaze. He found him, unconcious, covered in water. He gently picked him up by the scruff, and brought him to Calyx. He then herded the other two pups to Calyx and let them feed. "Thanks," He said to Shiara. He laid down next to Calyx, put his head on his paws, and asked, "Why aren't you telling me your secret? I will love you no matter what, you know that. I have no secrets from you." His eyes reflected the hurt that he felt.
