Nilet followed dutifully after her leader and then to his side. "Sin, there's been something I've been meaning to ask you..." She trailed off and then fell back to the delta spot. He wouldn't care, he probablystill had feelings for Silvie. She turned ehr head and sighed. She licked her black coat and turned back to watch the clearing with beady eyes.
They had been traveling for days, when would they stop Nile wondered, licking her needle like teeth with her tongue. A smile spread across her face as she thought about her first kill. It had been amazing and lovely. She had killed the runaway and pretended to be a tracker so they had fought again, for this was long after the first war had started and the runaways were imprisoned. It was a glorous day:
Nilet watched the wolf with beedy golden eyes and then licked ehr chaps. "Your name?" None of the souless ever attacked without asking for names. The wolf bit into her mane and started instantly coffing up blood. She smiled. "Ah, my secret weapon." She sighed, hoping this would have been more fun. She bit down onto the hind leg of the wolf and twisted, hearing the sickening crunch as the bones slid apart. She ripped the limb from the leg and threw it to the ground. She started to strip the wolf of its fur until there was only muscle. She used fire and he burned in a white hot aray of sparks. She shook her head, such a pity, you didn't tell you name...

Steel hissed and his fur changed from steel to copper to gold and glinted into the moonlight. He bit down to keep himself from giving a guffaw. Silvie and Sari were going to get what they deserved. Silvie for breaking his leaders heart and Sari for being rescued. He would enjoy killing her.
First Steel would change his fur to copper and watch her try to attack, next rock to hear the screams as they stuck and then he would crush her ribs, puncturing her lungs. He licked his lips. Finally he would carry her up a tree, drop her and crush her skull with his large claws. Oh yes, this was going to be fun...

Hana watched and waited as the breeze blew across the tundra. She narrowed her eyes, something was wrong here. It was ominously silent and something was coming. Dusk had told her that she could hear the pawsteps of aproaching wolves and that something was wrong about them
Souless, Dusk had told Hana. What were souless. Having no soul made you sound evil, not afraid to kill. She shuttered and quickly borrowed a wolf's earthy power. The wolf sighed, knowing that the earth would not be helpful, but she could try anyway. She forced the earth to make a ditch, hoping that would stop the oncoming wolves...

Takai glanced at the trees around him, feeling uncomfortable. He had seen some of the most blinding auras coming off from some of the wolves in the souless pack. It meant that the wolves that they were going to slaught would not be as easy as thought and some wouless would die trying. He couldn't wait to see the who had the brightest aura because they were going to be last on his list to kill. He wanted to bide his time.
Takai, meaning Death, wished that he could turn off his Death sense ability, it was starting to make him feel horrible that some of the newer souless would not survive through the entire battle or would die of horrible wounds after everybody was gone. He shuddered and closed his eyes. He used his Animal mimicry power to get the ability of the bat to use echolocation. Unfortunately, getting this also made wings sprout from his body and his ears elongate.
Takai still hadn't figured out how to get only one ability from an animal. He either got none or all. As in this case, he got the powerful wings of the bat and the large ears to hear, when all he wanted was the echolocation ability. He sighed and let out a highpitched sound that would bounce of the things in front of him, letting him see without getting their aura...

Comroa, or Roa as she was called, hissed as a souless pup came near her. She flanked the leader, as was her duty as a guard, watching for other wolves that might want to kill them. She narrowed her eyes and the wolf raced to the back of the pack. She watched with a smile as his mother scratched him across the face and rememebred a time when she was a disobediant little pup.
She turned her head and continued to flick her black hole eyes across the teriain, watching for anything or any animal that might hurt there great leader. Try to hurt, she corrected ehr self and absentmindedly asked herself why their capable leader even needed guards like them. He was powerful and a killer, so why was she considered a guard...
