Dogpaw was barking up a tree at a squirrel, his tail wagging at 100 mph. He had a smile on his puppy-looking face. He couldn't help it. Being raised by dogs, it was instinct. He hardly noticed some of the strange stares he was getting.

Wolfstorm gave a nod then heard some barking. Looking at a tree he spotted Dogpaw then rolled his eyes. He could probably ask Dogpaw if he wanted to come. He gave a little sigh to agree, then padded over to stay at the foot of the tree. "Having fun barking up there?" He asked, a sort of teasing voice in his tone.

After finishing her mouse, Nightpaw licked her muzzle then padded over to her mentor, bowing her head in respect to him. "Lynxheart, will we be training today?" she asked curiously, tilting her head slightly to the side as she sat herself down and wrapped her tail around ehr paws in one fluid motion, soft, icy blue gaze settled on Lynxheart as her ears swiveled forward.

Lynxheart looked away from Wolfstorm and allowed his green eyes to rest on Nightpaw. "Yes we will, Nightpaw," he said. "As soon as I finish my thrush, I'll take you hunting." His busy brown tail lashed once as his whiskers twitched in amusement.

Nightpaw's blue eyes visibly brightened as she nodded, already happoer than she was two seconds before. She always enjoyed her training, or just learning in general. She purred lightly before standing up to go find something to occupy her time.

Nightpaw pounced on a random leaf that had fallen off of a tree, pinning to the ground as her tail swished back and forth, ears pricked forward before she sat down, looking around, with her inquisitive, gentle blue eyes. What nobody knew, however, was what she hid behind those blue eyes. Not even she really knew exactly. ((Yeah. C:)) |

Wolfstorm watched Dogpaw for a while then asked before he could get to far away, "Care to join the patrol later?" He swished his tail from left to right, waiting for an answer. He wasn't sure if Dogpaw would want to come, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

((Fffft. Why not? |D)) Suntail, after finishing his vole, padderd off to go find something to do, quickly finding Wolfstorm talking to the oddball Dogpaw, another apprentice. He tilted his head before turning his head to look at Wolfstorm, sitting down to wind his fluffy blond tail around his ginger paws, nodding a greeting. "Hello, Wolfstorm," he said. |

Wolfstorm gave a nod. "Hello, Suntail." He replied, then asked, "Could you take out a hunting party later?" He sat down then curled his tail over his paws, his golden eyes fixed on some bug moving on the tree infront of him.

I purred in contentment as I watched the chaos and bustle of the clan I called my own. My whiskers twitched in amusement as I watched Dogpaw. He was an odd one, but still, not bad. I saw Nightpaw and Lynxheart, mentor and apprentice, they would train later. And Patrols would set out, as would hunting parties. It reminded me why I became Medicine Cat, to keep these cats alive when things took a turn for the worse. I finished my mouse and stretched, yawning. I Might as well go on the patrol and get some hunting done. That is, herb hunting. I padded up to Wolfstorm, "Mind if I tag along for you patrol?" I asked.

Dogpaw poked out from under his bush. "I'll come on the patrol.. if it's okay," he said. He backed out from under his bush and crashed into Dreamsplash on accident. He yelped like a little puppy. "I'm sorry," he said dipping his head to her.
