Dogpaw spit out his tail and smiled at Suntail. He turned when he was the bushes rustle. ~ [[ Ima just bring her in <3 LOL ]] Firetail padded out of the bush with a purr rumbling deep in her chest. Her black pelt was only disrupted by a dark red stripe that started at her nose and ended at her tail. She smiled at the apprentice and Suntail. "Having fun?"

Suntail looked over at Firetail, blinking once, vibrant green eyes studying the female. His playfulness had gone then, just like it always did when the adult warriors came around. When he was around the apprentices, he let loose and had fun. But the full-grown warriors knew why he was the way he was. He hoped none of them had told any kits while thinking of old battle stories...

Suntail nodded at her question before standing up and padding off to go think for a bit. They all thought that eh was mourning his mother when he did this, since he had been no more than 4 moons old when she had been killed before his eyes. But it hadn't been only her that day... That day he lost his best friend, a senior warrior who used to come play with him. He had been the greatest warrior in the Clan until he was killed. His name had been Nightheart, though he was really a kind tom. Suntail still missed him so much, but he also missed his mother. He had been old enough to know who she was, but too young to live without her. He just...missed them so much... His first real best friend and his mother, both dead on the same day... |

Wolfstorm stopped then turned his head around. He saw Firetail with Dogpaw and Suntail. Wondering what they were going to do, he he raised his tail to tell the rest of the patrol to wait, although it was more to tell Dreamsplash since she was the only one with him at the moment.

Suntailplanted himself nearby, but far enough away o signal that, for the moment, he'd like to be alone for a little bit. For some reason, the adult cats always reminded him of that day, but the younger cats made im think about the good times back then. Maybe because ti was two adult cats that he lost? He couldn't be sure.
