Mason groaned as he slipped back into consciousness. Pressing his hand to his forehead, he sat up, hissing slightly as a wave of dizziness overcame him. When the wave stopped, he carefully stood up, making sure his legs could support him before standing up straight. He inspected himself for injuries and found that he had gotten off rather well, only a few small gashes on his legs and arms and one on his left cheek. Thankfully, they had already stopped bleeding so he didn't think he'd be too bad off. 

James woke slowly, opening his eyes. He was laying on the beach, the water rolling up to his midsection and back down again. His whole body ached and he couldn't remember hos he'd landed into this particular situation. He pushed himself up off of the sandy surface and spit out what had ended up in his mouth, staggering a bit as he did so. He looked around, wondering where he was and saw nothing but endless water on one side, endless trees on the other, and sand in between. He spotted a silhouette in the distance and ran to it, realizing it was another person.

Alex groaned, someone was bugging him and he felt like someone had beat the crap out of him and left him to die. "Hey! Hey! You ok? Wake up!" He heard someone yell, shaking him. Alex opened his eyes. "Oh thank god, I thought you were dead." Alex sat up, looking at the guy. He had never seen him before so why was he so worried? "What... happened?" Alex asked, looking around. The were on a beach, the last thing he could remember was the plane... and then there was a loud beeping and he was told to out on his seat belt. "It crashed." He said, it wasn't a question. "Yeah." James replied.

"It crashed..." Alex repeated, standing up. "Yeah." Repeated, standing up too. He looked around, there was nothing else around except bit and pieces of what could only be the plane. "At least we're alive." Alex said, dusting himself off. "Yeah, we're alive. But what are we gonna do now? We're stranded." James sad. Alex looked at him. "Well, what we should do is walk around and see if we find someone else." He said. "Ok..." They both started walked, trudging would be a better term to describ their movements. "Heyy!" Alex yelled, "What are you doing?" "Seeing if anyone responds." Alex said, "Heyy!! Anyone out there?!" "You're gonna tire yourself out." James warned, "Yeah? Well, when i get tired you can carry me." 

James laughed, "Yeah right. Right after I go ice skating in hell." Alex laughed at that. "I'm Alex Parker by the way." Alex told him. "James Alexander." James replied. "Nice to meet you." Alex replied. "Yeah, wish it was under different circumstances though." James replied.
