Drake flew through the doors and burst into the training field, his hands swirling with icy mist. Giving a sigh, he decided to do some target practicing. Becoming bored with that after about five minutes, when all of the targets were covered in ice. He looked back and saw Drakine through one of the 1st floor windows. I am sooo going to regret this. He thought and followed her inside.
Current Goal: Hatch a Black and Albino Shaefu. Get all Dye Kit Color Shaefu. 2 Dyes so far and 4 Shaefu Hatched. Thread up in Ads if you want to see what I'm selling.

Drakine walked through the halls, trying to find Professor Black. Her question was still bouncing around inside her mind's eye, but it wasn't exactly words. More like pictures. She sighed and shook her head as she stopped. Then she glanced over her shoulder and spotted Drake. Her eyes narrowed as black scales rippled across her exposed skin. "What do you want, boy?"

Drake stood mesmerized as Drakine’s scales grew over her body. Drake already knew that one as a warning sign. “Nothing Drakine. Why do you hate everyone at the school?” He asked while walking right up to her. His heart ached as he realized that she hated him, too. He looked at her with determination to win her over. “I mean, what’s so bad about me? Name one thing that’s wrong with me. Just one thing.” He said.

Drakine growled and clentched her hands into fists. But she said nothing as she turned to face him. Her anger started to surge. Then she said; "Hatred is a mild word of describing how I feel about you and the other students."

Drake didn't flinch. "Yes, but why do you hate us? Why choose hatred as your...um...personality?" He laughed, forgetting the consequences. His hands immedietly regained their frost as he stood waiting for an attack.

"Prefessor Gale? Yeah, this way" Luke said, pointing down the hall to his left.((random xD)) He started walking, "huh, I think I'm supposed to be in this cl*censored*, but I can't remember. Im usually in ISS for doing something I shouldnt have been doing." he said with a shrug, "Professor Holly is the only one who lets me have any fun!" he said with a shrug, "and i think Professor Black just plain hates me. Suddenly, Drakine laughed, showing her fangs. She was laughing on how naive he was. "Hatred? No. Despise? Yes. I hate all over you because on how you each few the world. My world is full of dark emotions that I must adapt to just to survive," she said, growling again. Then she moved with almost inhuman speed as she sweeped Drake's legs out from underneath him. Though she might not boast about it, Drakine does actually have a Black Belt in martial arts. And her eyes started to haze up gold.

Drake let Drakine knock him down. Well, he stayed down on purpose when Drakine pushed him. “Drakine. You did that to me because you were mad at me.” He rolled over. “You pushed me over because you were mad at what I said to you. Do you see anything wrong with that? Oh, and for your information, all of us live in our own dark, little worlds. And yes, sweetie, all of us adapt eventually. Maybe you just don’t have the patience for that yet. Neither of us do. Maybe that is only because sweetie, we are still children.” With that, he got up rounded the corner, and left Drakine to whatever she had been doing before. “Okay Luke. Well, it doesn’t seem like Professor Gale hates you. Why don’t you come into cla.ss with us?” Taylor looked at him hopefully. “Ribunny, you go ahead in.” She said. Taylor walked down the hall and beckoned Luke over while she remembered that Luke had pointedly ignored her when she had said she didn't want to see less of him. Hmph.

Professor Gale looked up from her desk to see a student she didn't recognize. "Hello. I am Professor Gale, teacher of the way to control your powers. (fail XD) You would be the new student, er is it Ribunny? Yes, Ribunny. Well, have a seat darling and we'll get started in a moment."

Drakine growled and watched him leave. How dare he. Every fiber in her body wanted to wring his lift out by squeezing it out of his neck. But now she had to calm down and forget about him. Her dragon fangs retracted as she turned to walk down the hall. She might be calm, but her muscles were clentch together with tension.

“I don’t think you really mind being late for cla.ss,” Taylor said. She looked into his green eyes with total trust. “A battle’s coming. I know it. I know why, too.” She whispered. She was sure of herself about this. The teachers had fake smiles on all the time and she could see exhaustion dragging at them. “Luke, I’m scared.” She said. “I have never told anyone I was scared before. It scares me even more now that I’m admitting it. Luke, I don’t want anyone to get hurt.” She said, leaning back.

“Drakine’s been acting different. Anticipating something. You know she’s always rearing for a battle. I think I know who. Not sure yet, though. The government. The US government.” She whispered. “They owned the lab. They injected those infectious poisons into me. They put me in a maddened state for days on end. They only wanted answers. They didn’t want complications. Answers. So, they literally forced them out of me. It was test, train, answers, every day. That was until I escaped. The only thing I noticed at that god-forsaken lab was that I was the only one. I was the only one there. Know why, because they killed the others. They killed the ones that weren’t strong enough. The ones that didn’t cooperate. They killed them and they wanted more. They needed more patients for tests. They couldn’t give me certain pills because of my powers. Luke, they’ve found us and they want us. They want our blood, they want out lives.” She whispered. “And…and…I don’t want to lose anyone Luke. Especially not you.” She finished with tears brimming in her eyes.

Drakine rounded a corner and spotted Taylor and Luke. Turning on her heel, she went back the way she came, but not before knocking her shoulder into the corner of the wall. She growled softly at the pain.

Especially not you. Luke heard the words, but it seemed like he wasnt himself. He felt and anger bubbling deep inside himself, "They want to kill us?" he started to growl, "that want to kill my friends? Step back Taylor, I don't want to hurt you." He closed his eyes and breathed deeply. his hands became fists. When he got angry enough to not be able to control his shifting, that was when innocent people got hurt.
