Thump. Drakine beat her wings once as she glided through the clear sky. She had her limps close to her body so she could move faster through the air. Her tail was used as a rudder. Glancing down with an alien gold eye, she spotted three figures. She inhaled their scents, smelling the unique scent of their powers. A growl reverberated from deep in her throat. Great. People. Thump... thump. She beat her wings twice more as she moved to circle around the three, steadily loosing altitude.
Nothing can stop the US Air Force except lightning within five nautical miles.

Taylor turned around, realizing that the person was still about 3 miles away. Guess wolves do have good eyesight, Taylor thought. Turning around, she saw that Xhaos had started to calm down. Finally, Taylor looked down at her paws as they began to shift into human hands again. Finally, Taylor thought but without any bitterness. When the transformation was complete, Taylor pushed herself off of the ground and walked over to Xhaos. “Okay, so now that we both have our own problems, we can get over them. So, I’m guessing you’re power’s pretty creepy if you spazzed like that. Anyway, as you can see, my power is transformin’ into animals. No limits either, ‘cept I never really have control over what I turn into. So, say I become a fish, it will have to be your job to getting me into the water.” Taylor laughed. “Oh, and I can also talk to animals. So, what’s your power? Oh and I’m heading towards the School of Hope. Rumor is that it’s for special kids with special abilities. Apparently, kids learn to control their powers there. Oh, what’s your power again?”

Xhaos trembled as she felt the presence of the large black dragon, her heart beating painfully in her thin chest. "D...d...dragon," she whispered, looking up at the sky. There, in the distance, was a large black form, imposing and proud looking as it flew closer. "D...d...dragon," she stuttered again, feeling the madness inside her trying to escape.

"Xhaos. Xhaos." Taylor grabbed Xhaos's face and yanked her chin down so they were eye to eye. "Xhaos, i promise. I cross my heart. I swear on my life, I will not let that dragon or anything else ever hurt you. Do you understand?"

"I...I'm sorry," she sobbed, letting her head hang low. "I can't help myself," she closed her eyes, feeling the emotioon waves of Taylor, concern, sadness, pity. Xhaos lifted her head and looked at Xhaos in the eyes, "I can no more control myself than stop breathing," she whispered shamefully.

Xhaos nodded, though she knew they wouldn't be able to help her, not even her own mother could stop her from killing Terran. She remembered the fierce joy she had experienced when she had sucked his life out of him, the deliscious taste of fresh human blood. "W...we'll see," she said at last, gazing at the sun with her strange and pale violet eyes.

Taylor looked up, seeing the dragon circling above them. "Hey you!" Taylor said. She didn't fear this dragon, knowing it was probably some other kid with powers. She knew this because there weren't any dragon's left in her world. They were all hunted to extinction. Now the normal humans hunt the powered ones. They hunt for experiments. They hunt for answers. They want all man-kind to be special. Taylor shivered at the thought of the lab, the needles, and the tests.

Name-Professor Black Age-26 Gender-Male Subject Teaching-Survival Skills/Battle and Combat Skills Looks-Heavily built. Strong, muscular arms. Ash blonde hair that always falls in his face. He usually just wears jeans and a black tee. History-Unknown Personality-Devoted his life to teaching the powered students after he went through the struggles of his life with his power. Name-Professor Gale Age-24 Gender-Female Subject Teaching-Control of Powers Looks-Beach-blonde hair that has light strawberry streaks in it. Could have been a supermodel for her career choice if she had not dedicated her life to teaching. Personality-Dedicated her life to teaching. Is always there for her students and is always the one to lead the battle raids if a student is not chosen to be leader. History-Had never had any control over her powers. Had created tornados and many hurricanes in her rages until she was brought to the School of Hope. She then swore to herself to protect her students and to teach them so they don’t hurt themselves or those around them. Power- Can control wind and air.

((Snowy: oh yeah. So um Xhaos almost lost control while Taylor just met up with her. Now a dragon is approaching them and someone is walking behind Taylor and Xhaos. Lauren isn't on though....she's not replying. So i guess you can either be at the school or just like poof out of the forest. Oh and is it okay for Taylor to start to have a crush on Luke?))

Drakine landed a few of her tail-lengths away from the two. She curled up her upper lip to show her fangs before answering; "What is it that you want, girl-wolf?" Her voice was deep and growling. Furling her wings against her side, she lowered herself to her stomach so her front legs were crossed at her wrists.

Xhaos snarled back at the dragon, her lips curled back to reveal two ivory fangs, "Don't b...be mean," she stuttered, hissing slightly as her darker side showed through.

Taylor looked at Xhaos, trying to register her shock at the fangs. Shaking her head, she put her hand on Xhaos's shoulder. "Don't worry 'bout her. She's just a mean dragon that likes to get her way." Taylor said pointedly to Xhaos, hoping to calm her down.
