Kiru stiffened, her eyes turning from a cold ice blue to pure black. "No," she snapped, freezing the lightning ball, turining it into ice. It dropped, a chunk of sparking ice, and Kiru caught it neatly. "Now, leave me alone unless you want to find yourself with ice for blood," she growled.

Ellioet shivered violently, accidentally reading Kiru's mind. "Cold..." he muttered, curling up against his big brother, who wrapped his arms around him worriedly, holding him as he shivered. "Okay, we need some blankets!" he said, his tone that of worry.

After a moment, Averik gave up on the others and created a stream of fire to wrap it around him and his brother to keep him warm as the younger shivered, clinging to his big brother for dear life at his telekinesis began going haywire. Kiru lifted her head slowly, "The mouse is now a raging lion," she whispered, forming a sphere of ice around heself. The ice seemed to freeze the telekinetic energy, causing it to drop to the ground and roll about harmlessly.
