Selene smiled, waiting for Zane to lead, being it was his "jod" if you will, to lead in walking or in a dance.
"Father will come looking for me.... he will stop at nothing until he finds us... We must get out of here..." She though, keeping every though to herself, and (successfuly) keeping the worry she felt off of her face.

Selene blushed slightly... Even though she was a princess and all, she'd never danced at a ball... Infact, she often skipped then, pretending to be sick so she didn;t have to go. As the two of them moved, Selene;s eyes stayed locked onto Zane's. All her worry seemed to melt away... She kn ew they'd find a way to get free, and away from her father.... She continued to dance, every movement simple, yet full of grace and elegance. |

Zane twirled Selene around the dance floor, feeling as if they were the only ones there, as if no one was watching. He stared into her eyes, smiling all the while. He felt as if they were flying through the air, alone and carefree. "I love you", he whispered, smiling.

Selene kissed him, at first lightly on the lips. "I love you to..." she said with a smiled, before kissing him again. The music seemed to fade away, leaving behind a sureal feeling that t was just them... Not any one watching... Not Her father hunting them down... Nothing, just the joy she felt being there, their bodies close to together.... |

"I know", Zane whispered, smiling as he continued to dance with his love, the dance becoming slightly more complicated as they continued on. He could hear nothing but Selene's voice, see nothing but her elegant face.
