Shadow had watched the entire process very closely, in case she ever needed to use those same methods. She heard Storm speak and stayed behind a few seconds to touch her tail to the wound and say a few words in the ancient dragon language that were supposed to help the heal process along. Then she placed a kiss on the young dragon's forehead to seal her words.
    Soon she made her way to the room Storm was in and stretched her wings before going over to the extra skins that had been laid out for her. She laid down on the skins slowly and then covered her body with her wings and curled the length of her tail around herself twice. The tip of her tail rested on her front, right paw as she let out a big yawn and she said a quiet, 'Thank you', to Storm.

Nodding with a small smile at Shadow, Storm lay down beside her. His large wings seemed to fold unnaturally smooth against his dark scales, and the bit of light that came in through the tunnel entrance illuminated his silver accents. He rested his head on his paws, sighed deeply, and curled his tail gently around Shadow, lightly resting the tip on her paw along with her own tail tip, which his lightly coiled around. Then he fell asleep.

    Shadow moved her eyes to glance at Storm as he laid down beside her. When he wrapped his tail around her she faintly smiled and closed her eyes, willingly letting him coil the end of his tail around her's. She then tucked her head under one of her wings and fell into a deep, peaceful sleep.

Blinking awake, Storm unwound his tail from Shadow's body and stood up. Stretching his wings, he flexed until there was no trace of sleepiness in his muscles. Storm bent down over Shadow's sleeping form, kissed her softly on the brow, and went into the main room to check on the hatchling. He was asleep, but stirring fitfully, and Storm went into the room he had gotten his herbs from the night before, pulling out a dry bundle of leaves. Putting them in the small pool of water that ran through the main room and stayed in a small basin before draining, he snorted, blowing a thin stream on fire onto the water. The leaves released their juices, and he scooped them out with a claw before nudging Athiusa awake. "Here, drink this. It's tea. It should help you heal faster," he said to the sleepy dragonlet.

Once Ayumu woked up her pain in her wing went away. She smiled and flapped her wing a few times to make sure. Sighing softly, she left a note to Noctis saying, "Noctis, I have to go. My wing is feeling better and I thank you and Paris for caring for me. ~Ayumu." As she sat the letter down, she made her way to the cave entrance and flew off. As she reached her cave, all her tiny animals came hungry towards her. She chuckled and pulled out food for them. Seeing them eat made her hungry, and sat down beside them to eat as well.
