He smiled and wrapped that hand around the steering wheel as well and backed out of the parking lot. He grabbed a blanket from the floorboard in the back and handed it to her. "Here, this outta keep you warm."

I smiled and gratefully accepted the blanket before turning by head to gaze out the window, waiting for him to say somthing to spark up a conversation.

With a smile Ryan said the first thing that came to his mind to start a covo with her, he could tell she didn't talk much. "So, how come you sit outside the center everyday on that bench? Do you take cl*censored*es there as well?" He asked curiously

I shook my head. "It gets lonely at the apartment..." I trailed off, to embarressed to tell him that the only real reason I sat outside the learning center was because of him. It was the highlight of my day when he came out in the afternoons.

He nodded, he understood being lonely because he lived alone as well. "I understood being lonely, it happens. How about you and I hang out more often. Cure each others loneliness and boredom. Call me up sometime!" He smiled warmly at her

I nodded, rembering the paper with his phone number on it.

I shrugged. "I guess it's because I never really had anyone to talk to." I said plainly, glancing down to pull at a loose thread on my jeans.

"Well I'll be your talking buddie!" He said brightly with a smile. Talking was one of his strong points so he would have no problem. "Wanna be my talking buddie? I've got BOATLOADS of stuff to talk about!"
