Sesshomaru almost put InuYasha's face to the kitzune's words. They were so similar and they waned the same thing. No, maybe this woman wanted a little more. She had respect for herself, that was a great start. But, what else, really, could she do? She had been living on her own most of her life and she was taking care of a little demon, even though she didn't know it. It was almost... tragic. How could this young woman not know what she held in her arms? Sesshomaru blinked, cloncluding that her hanyou senses where not nearly as sharp as his own. Still, the thought of not being able to sence auras change was a little conserning.
The demon lord had always been quite ammused and almost fasinated by other's emotions and actions when they where around him vs, when they were with other demons, humans, ect, ect.. The young kitzune was no exception. She had gone from appologizing to talking back in hardly any time at all. How intreiging this was to him, and though he was quite annoyed with her response, he was also fasinated.
Sesshomaru smiled, something he almost never did, and was the seccond most rare emotional sighting of the demon lord. (The first was laughing, something Sesshomaru can't even remember doing.) Usually, this little twitch of the corners of his mouth brought fear and was plauged with death, and even now Sesshomari's eyes flickered with curiousity and amusment, brightly reflecting the sunlight that filtered through the canopy above.
"I've never had a student before," Sesshomaru muttered, more to himself than anything. He wondered if the kitzune would be able to hear the low whisper. Louder and more bold he said in his cool, emotionless voice, "What is your name, kitzune?"
THe demon didn't stop his paces, but did slow them abit, waiting for her responce. He didn't look back, and his smile unconsiously faded.
