((i think Dragon logged off....DX)) Taylor nodded at Tukoru, but did not know where to find Seth. She knew that he must be excited about getting his dragon, too. Since she did not know where he was, she decided to find her warrior escort. She looked around camp and saw Valaria. She would be perfect. Half a year ago, she had bonded with Sirish and would probably look forward to helping her out. They knew each other fairly well, having grown up with each other. "Hey Valaria." She called out, walking over to her. She laid her catch by the skinning stone and a village woman gave her a heartwarming smile. "Good catch." She said before going back to her skinning. "I'm bonding with my dragon today." Taylor said to Valaria, almost giddy with happinness. ((is it okay if they're friends?))
Current Goal: Hatch a Black and Albino Shaefu. Get all Dye Kit Color Shaefu. 2 Dyes so far and 4 Shaefu Hatched. Thread up in Ads if you want to see what I'm selling.

Amara was at the shooting practice, sharpening her aim. She was exited about meeting her dragon today, and wanted to show it how good she was with the bow. after about half an hour she decided to take a rest. she gathered all her arrows and started towards home. Derek was supposed to help her out today, but she had to find him first. She wandered the village asking people on the path if they had seen him. nobody knew, so she decided to just head home. When her place was in sight, she saw Derek out front. Finally!! "Derek, where have you been!! you were supposed to meet me up at the practice field awhile ago!" Amara said. "Calm down sis, I told you I was sharpening my sword today. He did no- oh wait...I remember now... "Uh, sorry I forgot." Derek just laughed. "Its alright! so, wanna go Into the market? Mom want's us to pick up some things for dinner tonight." "Ok." She said. "but will you help me after?" "Sure, why not?" He said, running ahead.

OoC:// Sorry I had to poof. It was time for me to go to bed and plus I was sneaking on my mother's laptop. BiC:// Sethera's black hair curved around his yellow eyes for they were slick with sweat from his morning practice with his father. Raking his fingers through his hair, he brought the strands out of his eyes as his father slashed downward. Raising his sword, Sethera blocked the attack and sent a clear ringing throughout the village. Sethera ground his teeth together as he pushed back before spinning around to kick his father in the stomach. The older man stumbled back with a gasp. "Mercy!" he cried, holding one hand around his stomach and raising the other in the air. He had dropped his sword which now lay in the dirt. Sethera flashed a smile. "I win again, father," he boasted as he sheathed the sword in the sheath that was stung across his back. His father gave him a nasty glare, but then his eyes softened. "So you have, my son. But I will get you eventually," he said, stooping down to pick up his sword before he sheathed. Pausing slightly, he said; "Aren't you bonding with your dragon today, Sethera?" Sethera's eyes widened. "Holy-" he cried as he bolted off to clean the sweat from his body. When that was done, he dressed in his usual wear and strapped his sword to his waste before he went to go find Taylor.
Nothing can stop the US Air Force except lightning within five nautical miles.

Taylor blinked at Valaria, awaiting her reply when she spotted Sethera walking around the camp. He looked flustered and his hair was untidy. She grinned, knowing he had probably been practicing sword-fighting again. She raised a hand and waved it. "Seth!" She said and beckoned him to come closer to them. -- Shard stuck his scaly neck out of his cave and blinked from the sudden light. His tongue flicked out as he tasted the scents around him. Most dragons were awake. It was well past the crack of dawn. Shard yawned, exposing his dagger-like teeth and stepped out of his cave. He bowed his head formally to the chief before taking his breakfast. A strange, but warm feeling entered his soul. Suddenly, he felt exhilarated and unable to wait for what lay ahead. He looked around, knowing that he was to be bonded today. He gave a shout of delight and blew a small jet of white-hot flame into the air before calming himself. He lowered his head sheapishly, the electric tingling still coursing through his blood.

Valaria smiled a little. "Good luck Taylor, you'll need it. But," she said, shrugging, "I am sure you will do fine. Nothing to worry about." Valaria waved to Seth when she was him. It was a bright day, perfect for a bonding. She was exited, this was one of the only things she really got amped up about. Then again, it was so much fun for the person. "So," she siad, turning to Taylor, "Got any expectations?"

OoC: I just found out my kitten likes bread XD BiC:"Mom said we need to pick up potatoes and some sausage" Derek said. "Mkay," Amara replied half-heartedly. her mind was on meeting her new dragon. I wonder what its gonna be like, having a dragon. I hope I have a girl dragon... This is so exiting!! She picked up a sack of potatoes and went to the meat place to pick up sausage. when they were finished, they decided to walk around town and talk about dragons for awhile.

Sethera smiled when he spotted Taylor. Picking up his stride, he loped over to her. Slowing dow, he stopped in front of her. "So sorry I kept you waiting, Taylor," he said, his tone apologetic even though he smiled sheebishly. -- Styx curled around herself a little more tighter when the rays of the sun broke into her shadowy den. Hearing a faint shout of another dragon, Styx raised her head and snapped open her eyes before she narrowed them. A low growl escaped from her throat. Now that she was up, she heaved herself to her feet and walked to the mouth of her den. Shaking the sleep from her head, she suddenly realized what this day was. The day she would be bonded to a human. A small flare of excietment coursed through her veins before hunger broke threw it. Stalking out a few more strides, she unfurled her wings and took to the skies to hunt for her meal.

Ember returned to her den after her morning fly. she enjoyed going early because it was cool outside. She had already eaten and remembered that she was going to bond today. she growled and thought about the day to come. Pebb woke up and went out for breakfast. Derek was going to come by later.

"You didn't keep me waiting too long." She said, gesturing toward the now skinned rabbit and squirrels. The sight of them did not bother her. They just meant that her village would not go hungry. She flashed Seth a smile. "Guess we should head out now." She said, her voice quivering with excitement. She turned back to Valaria. "Turoku told me to take a warrior with us, although i'm not sure why." She said, now thinking about the strange request. Usually those to be bonded went to the Dragon's Nest. She shrugged off the thought. "You don't have to come if you don't want to. We'll be fine." She said.

Sethera sighed with relief, letting out the pent-up breath he was supressing. "Good," he breathed out softly. "I'm ready to go whenever you are," he added as his yellow eyes shone and glimmered with excietment.

Taylor smiled with them. "Great guys. I guess we can set off now. Cheif Turoku seemed to want us to leave early. He probably wanted us to come back early and do more c*censored*s." She said with a laugh. "Where is Sirish?" Taylor asked Valaria. She hadn't seen Valaria's bond today. ((what color is Sirish. Color scales lol.))

Sethera raised one brow when Valaria mentioned her bonding. Even though he was older than both Taylor and Valaria, he had missed his bonding because of a sickness he contracted the day before he actually turned sixteen. He sighed before quickly shaking off the sad feeling that had suddenly overcame him.

Taylor glanced at Seth and saw the sadness in his ex
pression. Something was troubling him. Then she realized what it was. Seth was older than most and still without his bond. He had gotten a very scary sickness the day before he turned sixteen and had to wait another full year before he could bond, as was ceremony to have it done on your birthday. Taylor placed a hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry. I'm sure your going to find a great partner. Maybe we'll go flying together after the ceremony." She said with a smile.

That managed to bring Sethera back to his senses. Smiling broadly, he pulled Taylor into a quick hug. "Thanks, and I'd like that," he said.

Taylor smiled, loving his familiar embrace. She pulled out of the hug, still smiling, but her ex
pression was determined. A tingle went up her spine as she thought about the day ahead. "We better set out now." She said, noting the sun's distance in the sky. "We should be able to get back before nightfall if we hurry." She said thoughtfully. ((should they have horses? like not Valaria, but Seth and Taylor. And they travel on their horses if their dragons are injured or....something else lol.))
