Josh smirked as rows of children picked up dull rocks, and started to hammer on the cave walls. Their feet were shackled together, and all of them had a dull, dim look on their face. Josh himself, was smiling his drop-dead smile and watching them. But he was looking for one thing in particular. Poppy. He knew she was here somewhere. ____ The chains around Poppy's ankles dug into her skin painfully, and she couldn't remember the last time she'd taken a shower. She was tired, sore, broken and desperate. Sable was currently locked up in her cabin, while Poppy worked on the cave wall. Tears, sweat, and dirt marked her face, but her eyes were set in a determined ex
pression. ____ Jace growled, picking up a stone and looking around. "No way are we going to make a cave this way," he mumbled as he started to hammer on the giant stone in front of him. "You people are crazy.." He continued in silence. ____ Charlotte hammered on the chains that held her feet, praying to Nyx that nobody would catch her. She was sweaty, tired, and she couldn't breath.
