[[ Hurr, Ty decided Skellig is waaaay too much like Rika's charrie, personality wise, for it to be fair for her to bring him in, so she's gonna like, use a different one. xD]] Name | Odi Age -15 to 19 pref | 17 Era [Year of the world your character crossed] | 21st century. /Modern day, broskis. Gender | Male General Appearance | Odi stands at five foot nine, with a lithe, wiry, and sinewy build. He has a tendency to wear dark clothing, accenting his already pale skin. Black denim jeans and a sleeveless, black and white checked shirt are his current attire. He also wears combat boots, of course. His hair, blue-black streaked with electric blue, hangs in a messy, ill-cut way to his shoulders, giving the impression it was cut rather recently. His eyes are predominantly ultramarine blue, fading off to a violet-blue around his pupils. He had an intense gaze that many would find disconcerting, but he is rarely looking at the people around him. In the least, he doesn't appear to be. Body Type | Wiry Hair Color | Black Eye Color | Blue Personality | Odi is not one to easily befriend others, or to get along with what anyone is saying. The way he sees things, the majority of people are prejudiced, filled with uncalled for hate and animosity for things they don't understand. Because of this he comes across as cold and anti-social, which he is the majority of the time. However, if he finds someone who is what he perceives as different to everyone else, perhaps even misjudged as he believes he was... Well then, who knows whether he'd voluntarily communicate with them or not? Positive Traits | Clever and quick-thinking. Negative Traits | Anti-social, doesn't do well around others. Egg # | Dark Egg #4.
Other | Odi has not yet discovered whether he favours men or women, and thus classes himself as bisexual. His favourite animals are crows, pigeons and rats, and he has been known to get very defensive over them.
Well now. I should... Probably put something intelligent here. At some point. Eventually. ... ... Screw it. HYE. ♥

Name | Stellan Le'fay Age | Seventeen Era | 25th Century
Gender | Male
General Appearance | Stellan stands at an about average height of five-foot-eight with pale skin and Persian blue eyes and hair. His hair is light and wispy and is cut at a slightly messy but average length. His body is on the slim side without being considered frail, and he has a "runner's build" of light, compact muscle that's not really noticeable with his clothes on. He usually has a serious ex pression, and isn't really one to smile. His clothing consists of a short sleeved black t-shirt with a high collar under a light-weight open shirt with only a clasp over the upper part of the chest to keep it joined. He wears dark blue jeans held up by a black belt and wears simple blue canvas sneakers. He has a light-weight blue scarf (slightly lighter than his hair), wrapped around his upper shoulders. Around his left wrist is a wide silver band with a screen across it - basically it servers as a powerful portable computer. Attached to his belt is also a thick black holster containing a plasma pistol.
Body Type | Slim with compact muscle.
Hair Color | Persian Blue
Eye Color | Persian Blue
Personality | Stellan has a rather serious nature, sometimes even seeming a bit gloomy. He very rarely expresses happiness, and usually the only change in his ex pression is that of anger or smugness. He's smart and observant of his surroundings, and has sharp instincts and quick reflexes. He's quick to challenge people who he disagrees with and is just as quick to provoke a fight. He can seem a bit full of himself and overconfident, but he knows what he's doing. Being a bit of a lone wolf, he's not really one for groups or working with others. In fact, it's actually a little uncomfortable for him, and he can sometimes seem a bit awkward because of it.
Positive Traits | Intelligent and quick both in mind and body. Independent and not afraid to speak his mind (although this can also be negative, and usually is).
Negative Traits | Rather arrogant and "doesn't play well with others." Can sometimes be a bit too serious and doesn't really "enjoy" things.
Egg # | Dark Egg One
Other | Being from a future where advances in science and medicine have greatly impacted the lives of humans, Stellan's body can endure much greater and is much stronger than those of earlier eras. His hair color is natural, and is considered normal in his era.

"Syrus, would you put that bloody book down?" Syrus' slid one finger beneath the next page. As he read the last few words on the page, his finger drummed against it, making the text shake slightly. The page turned then and he placed his thumb back within the book, pointer finger stretched against the spine and his other fingers curled against the bottom of the book. It's not that he was ignoring poor Toxin. He simply didn't hear him, or he was too busy to.
So when the book was knocked out of his hand and into his lap, he had to bl ink a few times to register what had just happened. One moment his mind was on the same sick and twisted path as Martie from Dean Koontz's False Memory, and the next he was staring down at his empty hands, the softcover book like a V on his lap. "Tox, you interrupted me at one of the best parts," he finally said with a sigh.
Toxin blinked his four golden eyes and snorted. "You mean the part where she imagines shoving her car key into Dusty's eye?"
"No, as a matter of fact," Syrus said and placed a dog ear on the page he'd left off on. Toxin rested down by his feet, his long skeletal length stretching out behind his black head. The spines that stretched down his back, almost resembling feathers yet what Syrus liked calling quills, were flat against his body. The beast pushed himself to his feet using his front paws, then once his back ones were up, he placed his second pair of paws on the ground. His tail lashed out at its side.
Syrus stood off of his little tree stump and dusted off his trousers. Sticking the book under one arm, he whistled to himself as he made his way to his tent. He gingerly placed his book at the far end of the tent, where fifty or so other titles seemed to reach up toward him. The pile had tumbled onto his sleeping bag again but he'd deal with that later. He backed out of the camping tent and scratched at the back of his neck.
"Shall we do our rounds and see if anything useful has been dropped off, Tox?" Syrus asked. The creature nodded his large head and padded off into the forest that surrounded their clearing, Syrus at his heels.
---
Aletta whirled around to make some sassy remark to her brother when her vision fragmented. Colors fell away and the black outlines of the world around her shifted and changed into something new. Her retort hung off limp lips as she gawked at the forest that suddenly manifested around her. Letting out a yelp, she backpedaled and ended up smacking her head on the bark of a tree.
"Val?" she said as she rubbed her head. "Val." Her voice was more firm now, brows furrowing. She crossed her arms over her chest. "Valentino Roselli, you show your face right now. This is not funny." Silence answered her and a shiver crept up her spine.
Aletta hunched her shoulders and shoved her hands under her armpits, scowl on her face. Her black and purple miniskirt swished at her hips, low-cut purple tank top making it so the intense change of temperature around her didn't feel too bad. It was hotter, way hotter than Rhode Island was. It could have been tropical for all she knew.
Where the hell was she? "Letta, find someone first, ask questions later," she said to herself and continued on her way through the forest.

And just like that, there was light! The youth's eyes shot open suddenly, then squinted back shut very tightly with a loud groan, his body giving a bit of a recoil. His face pulled into a grimace as he slowly became more aware of...himself. The first thing he noticed was that he was on his back, probably on some sort of grass judging from the texture. He then felt his arms move, each of his fingers, his legs and toes. Chest hurting, he opened his mouth, and a rush of air filled his lungs. He hadn't been breathing? As soon as the air filled him, he coughed heavily to dispel the old, sour air that had been lingering within his body. How long he'd been laying there he didn't know. Where he was exactly was another mystery. All that he was certain of was what he wasn't...home. No, not anymore.
The youth sat up slowly and thumped his fist against his chest a few times, giving a few more ragged sounding coughs. He felt...dizzy. Kind of disoriented and without his bearings. Satisfied that all of his body was in tact, he examined his clothing to see if it, too, was still here. Heavy boots, an undershirt with long sleeves, a sort of..vest-tunic with wolf fur around the neck and shoulders, leather gauntlets on his forearms, and other like clothes. It was all leather and animal skin and wolf fur, mostly black and dark gray. He did, however, have a hawk's feather braided into his hair. After all, he did go by Hawk.
Hawk rose experimentally to his feet, testing his strength. He honestly couldn't remember exactly how he had gotten here, only that he had meant to, and here he was. Maybe he had hit his head somewhere along the way. It did hurt a bit. Putting most of his weight on the leg that wasn't crippled, he took a few steps. Yes, he could still walk. His strength was still about him, and that was good. He fingered at one of his belts, finding the hilt of what the people in this world would be a very primitive knife. But to him it was one of the best weapons a guy could have. He had a bow, too, and a quiver, although some of his arrows had gone missing he found, much to his distaste. Oh well...he could make more arrows if needed. It wasn't too hard, nor would it take too long.
Taking in his surroundings, he found himself to be in a forest. Hawk felt renewed confidence. He knew forests, yes. But something told him he was not in the heart of the woods. It wasn't something you could put into words. It was just one of those...feelings, senses, that one got when living in the wilderness all their life. At a brisk pace, he began walking in the direction away from what he thought was the heart of the forest. He wanted to see this world. Forests were something he was familiar with, but he felt...adventurous. And if he found something unfamiliar or dangerous, he would be able to escape into the woods again without too much trouble. There were strange smells in the air that grew stronger the further he walked, though. Closer to a civilization that would completely blow his mind.

A deep darkness suffocated Amber. She wondered if her eyes were open, or if it was just that dark. Amber couldn't breath. Her breath was trapped inside of her, slowly sucking the life from her. She tapped on her chest, suddenly air filling the hollow shell inside. Amber felt a twinge of loneliness. Emptiness. Like nothing could fill the void that left her in the dark.
She lifted herself onto her knees. Her bones shook, as she was weak. Yet she still had no idea where she was. Amber thrusted her slim body up to stand. On the way up, she tripped on her feet, sending her back to the position she started in. Rubbing her head, she was getting stronger. Something about the feel of this strange place, made her feel... good. Strangely very very good. Almost too good to be true.
Amber walked through the darkness surrounding her. With her arms in front of her she walked for what felt like forever. She wanted light. She didn't want it. She needed it. The dark made her feel closed, yet open. It made her spirit feel pulled in different ways. Too many ways to be in control of. She kept walking around. Her eyes had finally set in to the darkness, but she still could not see. It really annoyed her.
Her foot caught on well.. her other foot. Tripping again, this time she managed to catch herself in the moment. She took a deep breath. Amber let the area sink in. She sat on the ground, not sure of what to do next. She was in total darkness. What was there to do in such a place? She needed to rest, and start looking for a way out later. Amber was lonely, and one half of her loved it. The other half, not so much.

(Ohmahgawd. So sorry for not posting on this sooner.)
Humming to herself, Aylinn sat in her soft, hot pink chair that was in her rather large room as she had a big yellow notepad resting on her knees that were curled up close enough that she could doodle. One moment, she was drawing a kitty and thinking of how to convince her parents to let her go bungee jumping, and then everything turned into... like.. a stained-glass window of the world using triangles and squares and basic shapes like those. Then the pieces' thin black lines became white, and they grew thicker until the color white was all she could see. It was blinding. Covering her eyes to shield them from the brightness, she suddenly felt a warmth. Aylinn split her fingers open a crack so she could see through them - just in case there was still white - and was glad to see that there was no more of the single color. Though Aylinn was not glad that now she was sitting in some grass. And grass equals grass stains. Not on her white jeans those pesky things will be!! She stood up in a flash, brushing off anything that could be on her jeans and turned her head as much as she could to see that, thank goodness, there was no permanent green anywhere. Her flowy bright pink shirt with 'LOVE' written on it in black 'handwriting' print was also unharmed, though the girl wished she had known this would've happened so she could dress accordingly. All around her were trees which meant Aylinn was in a forest. Expelling a long sigh, she was very upset and confused. Her parents would wonder where she was. And speaking of where she was, Aylinn herself had no idea. It was like some weird voodoo magic transported her to a random forest. She decided to go to her left and delve into the woods than to stay put and probably wait for a rescue that would never come. Who knew? Maybe she'll find a way out. Then she'll find a city and ask someone for the location and then she'd get a taxi with her exquisite 'helpless girl' routine and go home. Haha. If only.
