Taylor flinched from his obvious attraction to the darkness. She answered for Cain, wanting this meeting to be over with. So many Darks on her land was beginning to make her think they would taint her peace. She pushed the thought away. That was impossible. "If you join Cain, you will become a Dark. Yes, you will have peace and you will go where there is darkness and silence," She answered, stone-faced. She couldn't help look at Maks from the corner of her eye. He seemed to be shadowed with pain and anger. She felt so bad, knowing this was her fault.
Current Goal: Hatch a Black and Albino Shaefu. Get all Dye Kit Color Shaefu. 2 Dyes so far and 4 Shaefu Hatched. Thread up in Ads if you want to see what I'm selling.

But he still felt apprehension tug at him. He knew the kind of dark she was talking about. Sure he'd get peace, but his soul would rot from it. He stood there silently for a while. Was that what he wanted? He looked around. He really couldn't stand this world. It was one extreme or anther here. He couldn't just have a foot in both sides. But the light still bothered him and exhaustion forced him to choose. He dragged his feet over to Cain. "I... choose the darkness." he said quietly. |

His eyes scanned over a hill, seeing that Taylor's bond, the winged wolf Shadow, had brought a boy who looked a bit uncertain. Idiot, there was another arrival? How could I have let him wander alone? Cain's jaw tightened, angered by his own ignorance, and waited for the boy to come over, hoping that he'd join the Darks, sick of the Lightlands. By the looks of it, the boy had been out there for a while. Xire made a clicking noise with her tongue, glancing over at the boy with Shadow.

Taylor nodded to him though she felt sad for having only won over one person. She hoped that they wouldn't despise each other, but felt it impossible. They were both strong and Shadow would help her. She only had to worry that these awe-struck kids would get over their sense and give into the evil that resides more vividly in the darkness. "Everyone has chosen. Cain will lead you to the Dark Hatchery and I shall bring Skye into our hatchery. Here, she will find a bond." She cut herself off. These kids were in Cain's hands now. "I hope to see you all soon," She said before twirling on her sneakers and dissappearing behind the Hatcheries doors.
