1x1 Between Kupala and I.

Plot.

We are the only survivors. Just us, and barely anybody else. If there's someone out there.. they will probably be gone in about 4.5 seconds. Because.. of chemical A4219.
Only about a week ago, chemical A4219 was spilled by a careless scientist. Not thinking much of the prototype chemical, he left it there for a janitor to soon mop up. But the chemical got onto him. Even the tiniest splatter, and he was a goner. The scientist soon died... only to come alive once more as a gross inhuman being which was a zombie. These zombies feast off of flesh. The flesh of anything. And oh yeah - did I mention that animals aren't immune to chemical A4219? So that means that there could be zombie deer out there for all we know. The chemical is highly contagious. Anybody the scientist had touched before his death was infected. So more and more and more people became a part of the infected.

But we're special. We were somehow immune to chemical A4219's disease.

The population of zombies grew, and those humans who were smart enough shut off all means of transportation from North America. But you know that teensy little trail that leads to South America? Well, yeah.. somebody went through there. Which means South America is also infected along with its partner North America. The ones who are immune are all conveniently located on North America and in close range, but recent sightings have noted that a single airplane had lifted off. That could mean that some little miscreant of a dying person went off into another continent and could now be creating another population of zombies.

Now the only way to stop everything is to kill all of the zombies and find a way to make everything normal.
..If we can.

Are you up for the challenge?

Rules.

You should know the rules by now. I'm not going to make you read them again~ c:

Bio Skelly.

Name:
Age:
Gender:
Appearance:
Personality:
Weapon(s):
History:
Other:

The history is optional. Also, no pets.. I mean, how are you going to look after your dog and kill zombies that are ganging up on you all over the place? Maybe if we develop the plot some more and find some random street dog that isn't infected, we can -possibly- keep him. I dunno, we'll have to wait and see.

My Bio's.

Name: Shay Peyel
Age: Recently 13
Gender: Female
Appearance: Shay has long, straight, dark brown hair that goes to a little above the tippety-top of her stomach area. Her hair is usually put into a ponytail on some occassions. She is only 95 pounds, often being referred to as "skinny as a stick" by her friends at school as a joke or tease, but she doesn't mind. Her eyes are a darkdarkdark green with brown flecks near the pupil. She is not pale nor tan; a nice medium, if you will, though she a small notch on the pale side. Shay stands at 5'5", and with that she is taller than her mother. She also is almost never seen without her golden dog necklace, which is basically a thin, golden chain with an eighteen-karat golden dog figure hung onto it.
Personality: Shay's big flaws are that she is too sensitive. If anybody even says that she is stupid in a mean tone, tears will come to her eyes. She has recently tried to control her crying, but does not succeed in holding back her tears. Whenever she is in front of somebody, she often leaves quickly so she can go cry somewhere in peace without people laughing or pointing. The second flaw is that she "likes to argue". Truth is, Shay hates it, but can be quick to say a comeback. That is due to the fact that she doesn't think much before she says something once the other person started to say something bad about her. It's more like.. an engine that starts on voice command, to put it simply. Shay also likes to have fun and be happy. Making people laugh or smile makes her smile. She likes to make jokes. She is also very intelligent. Another thing about Shay is that she cares a lot about what other people think of her.. a lot. She is also sort of stubborn at times. Say she is at a water park with Bob and Bob won't go on the slide but Shay wants to go, and she wants him to go with her. Even if Bob says "No", Shay will keep at it until he says yes or yells something like I'M NOT FRIGGIN' GOING OK.
Weapon(s): A sword; like the one depicted in tle="Teh Sword, Pay Attention to teh Sword" href="http://media.giantbomb.com/uploads/0/112/311837-dc018_super.jpg" target="_blank">this picture. She is very skilled with it.
History: Rather normal, apart from when everything went haywire. She staked out in an abandoned plane in the locked airport. How did she get in? By looking up an article on a laptop she found lying on the ground (it has a few scratches) on how to pick locks.  She is in the airplane at the very last terminal. And she of course knew to lock the doors to the airport once more.
Other: Nopesh.

---

Name: Cole Diuse
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearance: Red Eye Anime/Manga Boy
Personality: Cole is pretty quiet and only speaks to people he knows pretty well or has to cooperate with. To others, it's either nothing or a few small sentences. He doesn't like to fight unless he needs to, and he is very tolerant. But once you get on his nerves.. Cole will lash out with a rage that you would never see in him. If he does to that, afterwards he will go into hiding with embarrassment and shame.
Weapon(s): A single gun, like this one here[copy+paste]: http://wallpapers5.com/images/wallpapers/84881772/Military/Gun/Gun-8.jpg
He is also skilled in hand-to-hand combat.
History: He was fine until the zombie thing happened. Now he's in an old building on the far side of New York City, just around the border. Cole is only looking for others, and he found a truck. So he can drive into the city whenever. Also, a few stray zombies wander by every once in a while, but Cole disposes of them when needed.
Other: I put New York City there 'cause it was off the top of my head.
If you don't want them all to be there, that's fine. Also, we can make it so everybody is together instead of thrown out all over the place if you want. o3o I just had nothing to put for history. xP

Name: Alesa
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Appearance: Alesa has a light tan and layered, "dark" blonde hair that goes barely a centimeter below her shoulders. She also has bangs that go to the side in a bit of a shaggy cut. She is 5'7.5" inches and only 105 pounds, giving her a nice curvy figure. Alesa has ocean-blue eyes and dark pink lips.
Personality: Quite quiet, but usually opens up to others once she gets to know them. She always speaks her mind when she absolutely knows it's for the right cause. Once Alesa sets her mind to something, she always wants to do it - like always finishing something when you start it. Often, she may get swamped in ideas and abort things. This girl is only half of the time confident and is always nice. The only exception to her nice-ness is when she's in battle. Alesa doesn't lose her cool easily, and almost always finds a way to keep happy and upbeat. Can be pretty tomboy-ish too.
Weapon(s): She has some nunchucks that can pull out to have a longer or shorter chain that she keeps in her "utility belt." It's basically a thin black belt with pockets and stuff suited for weapons. She prefers her nunchucks, but she also has a dagger and a gun. Alesa is also very good at hand-to-hand combat. Where does she get her little fighter side from? Let's just say her dad wanted her safe and he used to be in the Military.
Her nunchucks are black with a silver chain.
Her gun is a sort of larger-than-average pistol that packs a punch. It is a DARK brown with golden holster and a few silver markings around the barrel.
Alesa's dagger is a bit worn. But it still does the job. The hilt sort of feels like leather, but what exactly it is made of is unknown. The color of the hilt is a dark red with a single line as a marking. That line is sparkling silver. The dagger's point is sharp and Alesa never lets it go dull. However, the color has worn off from a sparkling silver to a sort of starting-to-dull silver color.
Alesa USED to have a rifle before she got attacked and a stupid frickin' zombie broke the thing by smashing it up. As a note, she has handled almost every type of gun, so hand her a random one and you'll get good results. If she hasn't seen the gun before, Alesa would probably catch on fast. In fact, she catches on fast to a lot of weapons.
History: Meh -lazy-
Other: She can be sort of a... "bad girl", to put it that way, ever since the chemical got spilt. I dunno, the thing just came onto her when she killed her first batch of zombies. -shrug-

((May i join your RP? Here is my Bio, ill let you decide with it :D))

Name: Kalee Peters
Age: 13
Gender: Female
Appearance: Long, very straight, dark brunette hair going down her back almost touching her butt. She has the darkest, prettiest blue eyes almost like the ocean at night. She never wears her hair up, but always has it flowing. Long eyelashes, pinkish lips, and straight white teeth. She wears mostly t-shirts, and always dark jeans with vans (shoes).
Personality: She is shy, but isn't afraid of killing a zombie every once in a while. She mostly leaves that to others. Whenever she sees someone she likes, she will blush if he starts talking to her.
Weapons: Only a knife that she found in the street when she was being attacked by a zombie. She luckily was able to kill the zombie before she became one herself.
History: She used to have a mother, father, and sister, but she had to watch them be killed by zombies. She was able to get away, but there wasn't time to save her family.  She was staying at her friends house, till they were invaded by zombies, and again was able to get away.
Other: Nothing really :D

(I feel like I need to even out the gender ratio now, so I'm gonna make two guys. XD)

Name:Josh Lanree (XD)

Age:15

Gender:Male

Appearance: Pfft. You know what Josh looks like. I'll still tell you though. Josh has short, dark brown sort of up-in-the-front hair.

Personality: Josh isn't afraid to fight a couple of zombies- he only gets a little freaked out when there's like ten of them. He'll probably try and hide it if he's afraid, though. Josh has a good sense of humor, and likes to pick on other people, but gets mad if other people pick on him. He has a short temper, and argues a lot. He doesn't like to see other people get hurt, and usually tries to protect them

Weapon(s): He has a sword and a butcher knife.

History: Normal. Ran from zombies and stuff.

Other:He lets Cody follow him around, but says that it's just because he doesn't really want to see him die.

Name:Morgan Shields

Age:17

Gender:Female

Appearance:

Personality: Morgan is deathly afraid of the zombies. The only reason she's been able to survive this long is because she has been running for her life every time there was any sign of zombies. She doesn't have any real weapons, just a metal baseball bat, which is why she continues to run and hide. She keeps an eye out for other people, but avoids them usually. She thinks that the zombies are more likely to attack groups of people, which is probably true, since groups of people are more noticeable than one person. She is constantly looking for weapons, but the bat is the only thing she has managed to find.

Weapon(s): Baseball bat.

History: I'm lazy, so I'm not gonna do that right now.

Other: She has a backpack, which was for school at one point, that she carries around. She has a water bottle, some clothes, and food in there, along with a lighter (to start a fire to cook food) and a picture of her with her family.

Name: Cody Hale

Age:14

Gender:Male

Appearance: Cody has short black hair and greenish-gray eyes. He's skinny, and hasn't got much muscle to him.

Personality:Cody is very dependant on other people, which is why he stays with Josh, even though Josh picks on him all the time. He tries to be funny. Except he isn't. At all, usually. He thinks he's hilarious, though. He's fine with fighting off zombie animals, but the zombified people really bother him, so he usually just lets Josh borrow his shotgun and shoot them whenever they run into one.

Weapon(s): He has a double-barrel shotgun.

History: I'm lazy.

Other: He travels with Josh.

Shay sat in the first-class area, watching a movie for the millionth time. "Crap, it's about time I got out of here," she muttered as she whacked the small TV with not enough force to smash it. "God, it's so musty. But those zombies playing dress-up down there sure don't look too tempting to go greet." A few dozen zombies had tried on some clothes they found stranded around the airport from dead airplane captains and the like. The thirteen-year-old was in an abandoned airplane, which was momentarily her hideout. "If I could sneak inside, a snack or something would be greatly appreciated. McDonald's sounds alright."

She grabbed the keys to the airplane's door and proceeded towards it the exit. Unlocking it, she kicked out the steps and stood on them. They wobbled, and Shay was extremely cautious. Any wrong move could mean serious problems. Locking the door behind her, she jumped and thrust the steps back with her feet as the girl fell down and mostly landed upright, with a bit of a tumble to regain her balance. The zombies nearby were immediately alert, and began to come towards her. "BACK!" Shay shouted forcefully as her sword was taken out of its scabbard.

The nearest zombie got its head sliced off a moment afterwards. The others were clearly stupid, and continued to try to go eat Shay's flesh. "You're going to regret crossing my path," she hissed and sliced every single one of them. Her sword was spattered with blood. Eh. She'd clean it later. Stepping over the dead and battered bodies, a random zombie appeared out of nowhere and out of instict Shay whacked it with her sword and ended up cutting off its foot. But somehow, this didn't kill it. Duhh.

So she did what was necessary. The girl broke its skull by bashing it several times. Running, she found a random driving luggage car and climbed into it. Stepping on the gas, Shay eventually got to the entrance of the airport. Picking the lock again, she stepped inside and locked the door once more. Soon, hopefully, she'd see somebody like her... if there even was anybody.

---

Cole was driving the truck he found and eventually neared New York City. Well, what a crappy dump this place was. The border was way better than this. The street was littered with zombies, whom he nicely ran over. Some of them climbed into his truck, but Cole shot those with his trusty gun. Those zombies were seriously outmatched right now. Or at least it felt like it for the time being.

Nearing the airport, Cole thought he saw a little girl inside its doors.. But you know, this whole zombie-universe thing must have made him a bit delusional. A little girl... pffft. How could she survive through all this? It was impossible and improbable. Just then, a little Bug car came by.. and who would it be driven by? None other than a zombie. With its friends. "Crap," Cole mumbled. They were frantically crashing and running over stuff, like drunk party-people who had no thoughts that weren't idiotic. Pulling out his gun, they were all shot and killed, apart from two who fell out the window.

Did they willingly do it, Cole did not know, but he didn't have to anyways. The zombies were run over with a simple shift to Reverse. Beat that.

---

Alesa was hiding on the edge of a small clump of woods. Most of the animals weren't infected, but this one really weird squirrel had an unfortunate death. Well, not really, it deserved it. The thing had its head smashed with one skillful swipe of a nunchuck. The only things she had to really worry about were those few zombie animals and the big animals that could mean lots of harm. Like bears and wolves and the like.

Walking off from her little camp that consisted of a circle of stones with burnt wood in it and a crappy and torn tent she managed to find and salvage from the city (which, might I add, had a bit of some blood stains from the fight to getting to it). A few ashes lingered from the previous fire of last night. Alesa went to a small river and took a shower of some sort, and returned to her camp once more. Time to seek out food and water.

The food part was easy. The water part? Not so much. Alesa proceeded towards the nearby city and killed off a few zombies, got a pack of water bottles from a (thank goodness somebody locked this one, it's the only locked one in the whole place) supermarket which she cleverly snuck into. A tiny shaft on the roof lead directly inside, and prying it open was easy since it was used pretty often nowadays. Alesa also grabbed some cookies 'cause she just felt like having cookies today instead of killing off some forest animal and then started to go back to camp. But it couldn't be THAT easy, could it? A gang of zombies just has to occupy you for a while.

So yes. Alesa was surrounded by zombies. She gripped her nunchucks and got prepared.

(Yeahh... sort of a fail -.- )

Morgan sat on the roof of a house. It had taken her a while to get up there, but she figured it would be a lot harder for zombies to climb onto the roof then it had been for her. She held the baseball bat in her hand, though, just in case. The house was actually just in Morgan's neighborhood, close to her house.

Morgan didn't know what exactly had happened to her family. They had been in their house at one point while Morgan walked the family's dog, and when she came back they were gone. They had probably been eaten or turned into zombies, as Morgan knew. And of course, the dog had been bitten the next day and gone mad, so Morgan had beat it to death with the baseball bat as it tried to attack her.

Morgan looked around, thinking she had heard something. She didn't see anything, but still picked up the bat and stood up, in case something managed to get up onto the roof. She was already horrified, and she didn't even know if there was anything there.

Morgan had only lived this nlong because she was so afraid to die. She ran from any sign of zombies, and hid in the best places she could. She didn't hear anything else, and slowly decided to sit back down. She made the mistake of letting go of the baseball bat. It began to roll down the slanted roof. Morgan tried to catch it, but it was already too far away, and it finally rolled off the side of the roof and fell noisily onto the driveway of the house she was sitting on. Surely now there were zombies that had heard this, and they would be on their way. And Morgan didn't have a weapon.

---

Josh and Cody were simply walking down the sidewalk with Josh leading the way. Cody, who was behind him, looked in every direction about every ten seconds, just to make sure there weren't any zombies coming. Cody turned. Near the sidewalk, there was a patch of woods. "Hey, um...something might jump out of there." Cody said.

Josh turned around. "You're still following me?" he asked. There was silence, and so Josh just decided to answer Cody. "Yeah, I know. That's why I have this." He lifted up the butcher knife, then lowered his arm back down to his side and continued to walk.

(Fail on Josh and Cody's part. :P)

Shay looked outside from one of the few windows in the large airport. "A girl..!" she breathed. Going outside she almost forgot to lock the doors once more and returned to do just that. A zombie groaned and touched her. That slight little brush of the zombie's undead hand caused Shay to whirl around and swiftly pull her sword out and slice the whole thing in two. Breathing hard, the young thirteen-year-old finished locking the doors and ran out to find the other girl.  The houses sort of far down the road was where she had seen movement.  Something fell from the roof and there was a figure on top.  Maybe someone like her! [Morgan.]

They must be the only ones alive so far... At least, the only ones alive that she had found anyways. Hopefully the girl wouldn't think she was one of the undead.  Running over, she waved her arms, trying to get the girl's attention.

---

Alesa huffed at the zombies' puny attacks and lashed out with her nunchucks. Cracking a few skulls and other rotting bones, eight zombies were obliterated. Some random zombie straggler was sensed at her 7 o'clock side. She turned and pulled out her dagger quickly to throw it at the zombie's single eyeball. It flew through the zombie's head and got stuck in the side of a nearby building. Going over, she pulled it out with a strong arm and looked around, noticing no other zombies in a 'too-close' vicinity.  Gingerly, she picked off the zombie eyeball from her prized dagger.

Gritting her teeth, she jumped up on a midget zombie, crushing it with her own weight, and swiped at many other with her dagger.  She finished those off with nunchucks that hit them with earsplitting cracks, and Alesa eventually had to flee.  Back to the woods for her.  However, two moving objects caught her eye right in front of the entrance to her camp.  She ran at them, gun pointed, and set it right to one of the figures' heads [Josh].  Alesa gasped when she realized it wasn't the undead, and immediately stopped herself from pulling the trigger.  But she didn't let her gun rest.

"Who are you?!" Alesa said, partially calm, but with an edge to her tone.

---

Cole drove about, then saw... a girl?!  No, not possible.  A little girl couldn't be running through the streets.  She was far ahead of him.  Maybe it was a stray zombie.  Best to stay away.
Or should he go find out?

Morgan almost screamed when the girl came to the building and started waving her arms around. But she quickly realized that she wasn't a zombie, and so Morgan climbed down from the roof. She picked up the baseball bat, and walked over to the girl. (She's not gonna hit her or anything, just so you know. She's just picking up the baseball bat because she would sorta need it if a zombie came.)

Morgan quickly reminded herself in her mind that she needed to stay away from people. A zombie was more likely to see two people than one. And the girl looked as if she was twelve or thirteen, so Morgan guessed that she probably wouldn't have any weapons, and she didn't really want to take on the responsibility of protecting her.

"Hi!" Morgan said. "My name's Morgan."

----

Josh whipped his head around as he heard another voice- one that clearly wasn't Cody's. His eyes widened when he saw that it was a girl who was aiming a gun at his head. He heard something, and turned to the left for a second. Cody had the double-barrel shotgun aimed back at the girl, but he was obviously scared since his eyes were wide, and he was shaking a little bit, probably just hoping that the girl wouldn't shoot him next.

"I'm Shay!  Nice to meet you, Morgan!" Shay said exuberantly as she smiled and stuck out her hand for a handshake.  "I never thought I'd meet anyone else that's... well, not zombiefied!"  Shay giggled a little.  "I'm glad I did.  But I'm not glad that I think I heard a truck.  Do you wanna stick together and go find out?  It's a start!"

---

Alesa sighed.  "Put the gun down, boy," she muttered.  She let down her own gun, but kept a tight grip on it just in case there were any last-minute changes to evil for that kid.  "Anyways, you both didn't answer my question.  Who are you?"  Alesa also made sure her other two weapons were alright by a quick unnoticeable check.
Again, just in case.
She sized the two up.  One had dark brown hair that was a bit up in the front, sort of duck-tail style if you asked her.  Turquoise-colored eyes with a sword and butcher knife.  Sword: good choice.  Butcher knife:  CARNAGE.  However, the knife wasn't as deadly as the sword.  If Alesa could get her hands on that sword, she'd rock it.  Then again, having her rifle back would be great, too! [she dun wanna steal the sword, just admiring ;o ]
The second boy, who seemed incredibly jittery and frightful, had short black hair and sort of green eyes.  Maybe some gray.  He was more of the scrawny type.  I wonder how he toughs it out in this world.

Cody glanced nervously at Josh, who sighed, walked over to him, and ripped the gun out of Cody's hands, then threw it onto the ground.

"Just obey her, alright, Cody? I think she could kill you in an instant." Josh whisper-yelled. He turned to Alesa. "My name is Josh, this is Cody. He's been stalking me- I mean following me around for a while. Sorry he almost shot you. He's sort of nervous about this whole zombie apocalypse thing." He paused. "...And you also sort of did seem like you were about to murder us."

Morgan smiled. "Sure." She said. Honestly, she had been trying to avoid people. But she couldn't leave the girl alone.

Alesa relaxed for the most part and allowed herself a small smile.  "Nice to meet you guys.  And I had to be ready to kill unless you turned out to be one of the undead.  My apologies," she began.  "By the way, nice gun.  And I think we should stick together for the meantime.  It's nice to know you're not the only one alive.  Or at least on North America."

"Yeah, that's probably a good plan. Cody and I will stay with you." Josh knew that it was probably better to make friends with Alesa than it was not to, since she could clearly kill anyone she wanted.

"Sooo... I can get in and out of the airport," Shay started.  "Oh, and I have a laptop.  Er... Or at least in the airport.  Y'know, for safekeeping.  It's a bit slow and sometimes crashes and has scratches it on it and all... and a crack in the screen... But it works for the most part!" She smiled.  Looking around, NYC was particularly quiet... Too quiet.  "I think we should leave.  Where do you think we should go?  Airport, East, West, North, South, to the woods...  And do you think anyone else is alive?"

---

"So, I have a camp.  Fit for one and one only.  You guys probably won't fit, and be on the lookout for zombie animals," Alesa instructed as she began towrads the woods, nearing her campsite.  "Kill any of those zombie animals on the spot.  Don't be afraid, they are no longer harmless fuzzy animals, they are the undead that want to eat you.  Think nothing else of them.  And how about you think about where we should go next?  We can't stay dormant forever.  I think we should try to kill off every zombie.. Well, that's overshooting.  Maybe kill off enough to keep us safe.  And maybe we should try to leave North America for Australia or Hawaii or Europe or Asia or something.  Anywhere zombie-free.  What do you guys say?"  Alesa eventually reached her camp and spread her arms wide and said, "Welcome to my home."

Morgan thought for a moment. "Well, probably, but I doubt that we'll find them. I mean, they could be anywhere in the entire world. If we find anyone else, we'll be pretty lucky." Morgan said. "And I just kinda wondered- why would you really need a laptop right now?"

"Cool." Cody said, seeing the camp.

"Cody can sleep in a tree or something." Josh said.

(Fail. :P)

( XDDDD
"Cody can sleep in a tree or something."
>8OOO "HEYY")

Alesa laughed at Josh's statement.  "Sure he can."  She checked the tent for any possible sign of an invasion and turned to the two of them.  "So, an answer?  Where to next?  Can't stay holed up here forever."

---

"Well..." Shay pondered that fact for awhile.  "To find information, a laptop's useful.  I got into the airport by picking the lock and I learned how to pick a lock with a computer."  The girl shrugged.   "I was safe there for at least a few days, I'd think.  It's nice to have McDonald's and Starbucks for free and there's even a bookstore!  Awesome airport if ya ask me."  Shay didn't comment on what Morgan first said since she had already known that fact herself.  But you had to have hope.  You know, to keep you going and to keep your spirits up.

Cody pretty irritated at this point. Great, so now I get to sleep in a tree. Cody sighed, annoyed with Josh, who never really let Cody talk, and acted like he wasn't there, so Cody just sort of had to be the really qawkwardly quiet guy who follows everyone else around like a total stalker. Josh had already told Alesa that he was stalking him. Great. The last thing that Cody wanted anyone to think of him was that he was a stalker, but clearly, that was what they thought. Fine, he thought to himself, As soon as this whole zombie thing is over, I'll leave, and hopefully never see Josh again. Josh always has to make himself seem way better than me.

Josh shrugged. "Well, I honestly don't know where exactly we should go, but we should get out of here. If we get attacked by a zombified wolf or bear, it will probably eat Cody-"

Oh my god. I hate you, Josh.

"-So, I suppose we'll have to avoid that. We could go into a city, and look for some more survivors." He paused. "Yeah, I think that would probably be the best idea."

"...But, Shay, you do realize that eventually, the food in the McDonald's and the coffee at Starbucks will rot eventually, right? I mean, it'll last a while, but what are you going to eat when it runs out?"
