Kyin jumped when he saw Dakota had actually made a hole in the wall. His eyes lit up with excitement. There really was hope in escaping this hell hole. And he and his brother finally found some other human contact. "Kyin... My name is Kyin.." he smiled slightly and looked at the boy that he could see through the hole. "hey... Do.. Do you want me to help you through.." He let his brother go and watched as his brother slightly collapsed to teh floor. "Do you want help getting over here?" He put his arm through the hole. He oculd help Dakota to finally get contact.

Riku looked up. His pale eyes and skin seemed to fill with color as he saw the hole. "H-He busted through.." he smiled slightly and stood up. "Riku... I'm his older rbother.." he smiled and looked at the boy, shoving his brother away. "Do you need help getting over or making this hole bigger?"

Kyin wrapped his arms around the thin boy and smiled slightly. his sapphire eyes filling with some tears and they fell slightly, like a drizzle of rain or a raindrop falling from his cheeks. "Your okay now... Don't worry... We will be here for you and we will help you.." He smiled and gently placed his hand on the boy's back and gently rubbed his back to soothe the boy, although he wasn't sure that was okay since the boy hadn't have human contact in a while.

Riku wrapped his arms tightly around Dakota and let rivers of tears flow from his ruby eyes. He hugged the boy tighter, but he was afraid of breaking him. He was so thin and probably fragile. Riku let go of the boy and walked over to his bed. He removed the matress and tore open the bottom, which was merely a big wooden box. He removed a small package that contained from unpperishable food. He oppened t and removed some food. He put everything back in it's place. He walked over to Dakota adn held out the small amount of food. "Here.. You should eat this.. Your so thin..." He placed the food inteh boyu's hand and hugged him tighter.

Dakota shivered from the contrast of constantly being cold to the warmth of another human. He never wanted to let go, for once in months he felt safe and sane again unlike the only one who wasn’t drugged or mentally gone. Almost felt like he was the one who wasn’t right after a while, but now the feeling melted away, it wasn’t just the time he had been here that he was alone though, ever since the accident Dakota kept in hiding.Then Riku put food into his hand “Oh are you sure? you don’t have too,Riku you guys need this food....I’ll be okay" giving a warm smile, putting his arms around Riku,burying his face into his shoulder, holding on tighter....then realizing they just met “oh...uh sorry” He lifted his head and pulled away not wanting to make him feel uncomfortable. He backed away and sat down on the cement floor in front of them. His deep blue eyes wondering around the room moving back to Riku and Kyin. “I should tell you my full name, Dakota Winthrop…if you don’t mind me asking what got you in this personal hell?” A playful smile on his young exhausted face, eyes staying sympathetic though, in case there story was painful so much like his. Shivering he closed his eyes trying to forget about that moment, crunching metal….innocent screams of his little sister….blood. Tracing the scar over his eye that left a tattoo in his soul that would never leave.Dakota shook his head pushing the vivid memories from his mind.

Riku looked at Dakota and again, put the food in his hand. "Trust me.. We've got plenty.. Our whole bed bottom is packed with some food we got.." He smiled. "Well, Dakota.. My real name is Riku Kuroshira.... I kept my mother's name in her honor... She was... well... I'll tell you later.." He smiled slightly and walked to Kyin bed, tearring off the matress and taking out some socks from under it. He tossed them at Dakota. "That's our last pair.. We've got some things we brought here from our home..." he smiled and sat next to Dakota.

Kyin smiled. "my full name is Kyin Ichishira. I've got my dad's name in his honor... But.. I have no idea why I should honor him.. He abandonded me and Riku when we ere only like... 8 and 5... Riku's taken care of me for a while... he's really nice.." He smiled an sat on the floor. "Mind telling me what your personal hell was like?"

Riku glared at Kyin. "Now look what you did.. You should really shut up when it comes to things like that.. Come on Kyin.. use your head.." Riku's eyes softened as he looked at dakota. He looked at the drop of blood on teh floor. He wiped it off and pulled Dakota's lip out of his mouth so it bled no longer. He wiped the blood and licked the wound gently to add a little more moisture to the wound so it would heal faster. He pulled back and gently wrapped his arms around Dakota. He pulled him close and wrapped his arms tighter. "Im so sorry about your family... But your okay... Please just cry it out if you need to.." He wrapped his arms tighter.

Kyin looked at dakota. "Ahh.. I'm sorry Dakota.. I didn't know this was a touchy subject for oyu.. I'm so sorry.." he got on his knees and looked at the boy. His saphire eyes focused on the blood and tears that spill from teh boy. "Ooohl.. I'm not very good at making friends.." he stod up and sat on his bed. "I'll sit here.. Riku.. Do your thing.."

Riku shook his head. "dakota... Don't worry about Kyin.. I know that's a touchy subject, but he continues to ask people when we see them... OUr last person we met was like you.. Almost.. But still.. And your going to be okay.."  He pulled the boy close and wrapped his arms tightly. He stood up and sat on the bed, puting Dakota next to him with his legs over Riku's lap. He hugged him. "Don't you worry... Why don't you just forget he ever asked that.. Are you sleepy or hungry? Bet you havent gotten a good night's sleep being alone in that one man cell.. We have a two man cell because we came in together... So you're welcome to stay." he smiled and fluffed a pillow. "Lay down and make yourself comfortable. We'lll wake you when they bring the daily 'food' to your cell." He smiled.

Kyin shook his head. "What a brother huh Dakota... He's always looking out for people when he should really worry about his own health.. Riku.. You havent eaten in awhile.. You give me your servings of meat and fruit... I mean.. I'm younger and wer have suppliment pills, but htat's not going to help you.." he stood up and stroked Dakota's hair. "Sleep Dakota.. You look tired from the crying.." He hugged his brother. "and your eating!"

Riku heard the clang of the last meal for the week. The trays placed onto the trays that were then inserted into small slits just large enough to fit the food through. There was a small plate on the trays. They stuck out before the slits were sealed once again. The cell next to them, Dakota's, had less food than they did. Riku looked at the small portions Dakota recieved and walked over. He took the tray and pplaced it on his bed. He shook dakota gently. "hey.. Dakota.. They last meal got here... Are you well enough to eat? They brought you a well sized portion today.." He grabbed one of the trays that was hanging on their door. He pplaced it by Dakota's head. It was supposed to be Kyins, but Riku could tell Dakota was weak and malnourished because of this hell hole. "Dakota?"

Kyin grabbed the other tray and began to eat his food slowly. Picking at the mashed potatoes and rice. He looked at the thin and charred slice of meat on his tray and ate it with disgust. "man.. THis is nasty.. They always char the damn meat and then it's not chewy and all the good juices are gone.. I wish I had a ice cream to wash athis down with.." He sighed. "is he well enough to eat?"

Dakota slowly opened his eyes,vibrance of colors villed them even in the gray room,his eyes had been so tired for so long colors didnt seem to exist again until now in a somehow sureal world.Like his focus his mind was sharp,emotions made sense again.Only for a second he forgot...forgetting sadness and loss before is stabbed him in the stomach like a knife about his family.Every morning was like this though...his eyes looked into Riku's he couldnt help but smile,happiness filled the lines in his face.He looked down at the meal,scarfing it up in a matter of minutes...then looking at Riku and Kyin.He walking over and hugged them both,just to make sure they were real.That this wasnt a dream.Dakota sat down in the corner of the room. "So,how are you guys today?...how long was a asleep"There was light through the crack like there had been when he had fallen asleep but now it was deeper,more orange in tone.Almost dark.
