((*is back* ^o^ Also if my post isn't as long as my first posts are don't blame me, i'm trying to add quality to my posts, quality is always better than quantity. xD And we need more male vamps for all those female humans, and I think a male human for Cynder and female vamp for Rage. D:)) Crystal reached out her hand to touch the cage's bar, and soon felt the cold metal on her finger, which made her feel a chill go up her arm. She immediately knew there was no hope of getting out of this cage, that she would have to suffer staying in this chamber for as long as it took for someone to buy her. But she didn't want to be bought, she just wanted to be free. She'd either have to be stuck in this cage forever or be with some vampire who she'll likely hate. Curse whoever opened this ridiculous business. Maybe it was good for them, but for the humans like Crystal it was probably the worst thing that could ever have happened. She whimpered, and grasped the cold metal bar so hard that her knuckles turned white. She shook the cage violently, hoping that luck would come to her and the cage would open and she'd be free again. Or at least she would be if she could run past all those guards. Knowing that this wouldn't work either, Crystal let go of the bar and placed her hand onto the cold stone floor beneath her. For the whole time she had been fighting back tears, but somehow they found a way out and were streaming down her cheeks. Why did this have to happen to her? She hadn't done anything wrong. She was just outside walking at night for she couldn't sleep, and the next thing she knew someone grabbed her and after some pain, she fell unconscious and had woken up in this chamber. This ugly dull grey stone chamber. Just the thought of it sent several shivers down her spine, and more tears came out of her eyes. The urge to scream at the top of her lungs came to her mind, too. All sorts of thoughts popped up at once, bringing fear and pain. Something she had too much of in one day. "Why?" She said aloud, not caring that people turned to look at her. "Why did this have to happen!?" Then she looked down, noticing the wet spots. Her clear blue tears were rolling from her cheeks, falling, and then hitting the ground making a wet dark spot in the grey stone. She watched as each of those tears fell, and soon after that she found herself curled up on the hard stone floor, a both pained and scared look on her face. The tears were still rolling down her cheek nonstop, and Crystal thought that this moment might never end. Ever. It was just then when she noticed that there was a lot of commotion going on (probably because she was too upset). People, who were probably vampires, were looking at all the humans in the cages, feeling almost no pity. What was wrong with them? And there were many other frightened and crying humans, a lot in the corner of their cages hiding from everyone. Crystal sat up and glanced around the room, trying to 'absorb' all of the commotion. She knew that this place was a shop before, she had heard of it. But she hadn't known that they capture, she thought they asked or something. But that made no sense, why would they ask if the human would probably say no? No one would want to be in a place like this. There wasn't much to know, and knowing it just made her cry a little more. With all those people in here there was no chance she could escape unless she had super powers or something. She had known she couldn't escape before, but in her heart she had a slight amount of hope, but now that hope had vanished, trapped in one of her tears which had already fallen and left her. And there came more tears, ones with the bit of courage and sanity left in her. She wouldn't be shocked if she found herself crying like crazy banging on the cage like a maniac, she actually expected herself to do such a thing. ~~~ Shadow looked around the room, a sudden thought coming into his head. Why was he even here in the first place? It wasn't like he needed to buy some human girl and make her a vamp just to have her follow him everywhere. Maybe he just liked seeing people suffer, or he was just plain crazy. Truthfully, he would rather be at home right now watching television to free his thoughts, but what kind of vampire would do that? He figured that since he was already here it wouldn't hurt to mess around with those humans' minds, like, he could drive them crazy or something. But then the guards would do something about it, so maybe not. He walked around the room, looking at all those humans suffering. If only he had brought his camera, then he would be able to take a billion pictures of them and hang them in his room. Or where he called his home; vampires really didn't live anywhere unless the home they had lived in when they were human has no one else in it. He couldn't have pointed out at least a million crying people right now, there were so many. It was getting rather hard for him to fight the urge not to laugh, or just to mess around with them. Actually, there was another too. He had to try not to let them out of their cages and kill them, it was too tempting. The scent of blood was everywhere, and he could just imagine having at least one sip of that delicious red liquid.

Sunni sat upon a large hill that let her look over the town and the place where humans were sold. Her red hair dangled over her shoulders and ended just at her waist and her two crimson eyes watched the tiny figures far away. She was one of the lucky ones and she knew it. She had once been captured, but she managed to escape...There hadn't been so many guards and the cages weren't made very well when she had been captured. She stood up and stretched, listening as her back and neck cracked. She turned around and headed down the hill 'till she came to a small hole just big enough for her to fit into. The hole was covered with leafs and branches and it would've been rather hard for her to find if she hadn't already known where it was. She pulled the rubbish out of the hole and slowly crawled into the hole. She recovered the hole and went down inside to what seemed to be a small room just big enough for her to lay down in. The room had roots and rocks hanging from the walls which Sunni had spent hours on to carve out and the floor had soft leafs covering it so it wasn't so hard and cold when she laid down to rest. There was a few shelves carved out of the dirt walls which held some crackers, a few books, and a candle which brightened up the room and kept on having to be lit from not enough oxygen in the small underground room. A pile of clothes were laying on the ground, this was her dirty clothes pile which she also used as a pillow. Sunni wasn't going to sleep though for she had only waken up a little while ago. Instead she had to get a little snack. Sunni grabbed some crackers and sat down on the floor to eat. She unwrapped the plastic and stuffed a cracker into her mouth. About a minute later she had all the crackers eaten, though she was still hungry. She watched as the candle died and grabbed a match from her pocket. There was a small scratching noise before light flickered up from the match. Sunni grabbed the candle and lit it up. She watched as a small stream of smoke came up from the candle, giving the room a nice scent. Sunni grabbed four more crackers and soon ate those. She froze as she heard foot steps outside, but soon they faded away as whoever had been out there p*censored*ed by her little den and continued down a path that went into the lively forest just beyond the large hill. She tossed the plastic wrapper in the corner and sat down to listen for anymore foot steps before she continued. This was pretty much what she did everyday. She would wake up and go hunting for some meat and then after words she would go and look down upon the city for a little while and let the sun rest upon her shoulders. Then she would go back with her kill(if she was lucky) and she would maybe get a few herbs on the way. Then she would put it in a small pot in which she had stole from a traveler. She would soak it and then she would go into the forest where she would light a fire and camp out for the night which was worth a good meal. If she didn't catch anything she would go into her den and eat some crackers before heading back out to try again. Then, at the sun gets ready to set, she goes back to her den and settles down for the night...it was a boring day most of the time, but the thrill of running from vampires and outsmarting them was what made it stand able for Sunni.

"May I see them?" A young man asked to the man behind the counter of the human trading center. A smile alighted his lips as the man nodded and led him back to the holding cells. Akai was fairly good for a vampire, but he thought of Human blood as something not to be had everyday, but just once in a while. He was consideraboly week for a vampire because he tended to drink animal blood, but was stronger than the ones who only lived off the strange creatures. As he walked about the cages, he p*censored*es a young woman who seemed to be biting the bars of her cage. "Aren't you just the little oddity." He remarked which only seemed to make the female snarl more. He laughed making the female, who called herself Akilina, snarl even more. Akai watched the seller closely as he shook his head. "Akai, sire, you don't want that one, she is a useless one, I was thinking of just letting her be killed." Akai shrugged and kept walking. He came to a cage with a girl who seemed to have been crying. "Are you alright?" He asked, his voice soft and fathrely. "I am Akai, how would you like to get out of this dump?" He asked put his hand in the cramped cage. "What do they feed you?" He wondered aloud. At least this girl wasn't trying to bite her way out of the cage. It made him feel sorry for the other girl who would probably be 'put down', but he was over it quickly. He handed some money to the man and waited for him to unlock the cage... ------------------------------ (Coming)
