(yep) Markus roped Rylee to a couch, then went outside. Zaria finally wiggled out of the rope and ran upstairs. She untied Rylee and pulled her behind the couch. "Don't make any sound."

(sure, but remember: only one character unless the other is a kidnapper.) Zaria watched Markus walk down the stairs, then she pushed Rylee out the door and ran out with her. Markus saw them and tried to catch them. He caught Zaria by the arm, who struggled helplessly. "Call the police! Go! Hurry! I'll be oka-" Markus grabbed her by the neck and she suffocated.

Zaria immediately gained conciousness as she fell. She woke up, shaking her head. She ran out, pulling Rylee by the arm. They got out of sight of the house, but only to figure out they were in the middle of no where. No houses or streets for miles. "Great..."

Zaria followed, shaking her head. Kids will try anything to look smarter... She grabbed Rylee by the collar of her shirt. "Hey, kid, wait a second. We're going the wrong way. You read the stars wrong. Look." She pointed to a constellation that looked like a cross facing north. "If you look at the Ezparadek, you see it is facing north, right? Well, our town is the farthest north in the country. Right now, we're really far south. If we want to get home, we'll have to go through that creepy guy."
