Alright, this is how it goes.
Please fill out the form below after reading this;

~This takes place wayyy before Katniss' time, so Districts 1-12 are intact. There will be 2 tributes from each District, of course, and you can either participate as a tribute, mentor, or whatever Effie Trinket is (lol brainfart). Minor roles such as mayor of the district or family members can be portrayed by people, as long as they have a main character.
The arena will be described below.
How will the winner of the Hunger Games be chosen? In your character form, you will be asked to choose a number. After all the spots have been filled, I will use a random number generator to pick the winner. No harsh feelings, please. You can die however you want, but if it's something that will effect everyone, please Rmail me first. Before posting, please type this:

The sequence of events will play out like this,
1. Reaping of each district. (Girls first)
2. On the train
3. Training
4. Impressing the GameMakers and your score ((Don't be too generous))
5. Interview with Caesar Flickerman
6. The arena

I will describe the uniforms along with the arena.

The arena is separated into four parts; a snowy mountain range, a dense forest, a moor, and a desert. The Cornucopia is in the center of it all. There is a water source in every location, and it may be more obvious in others. The disks that the tributes stand on ring around the Cornucopia.

The uniforms are:

-A white tee made of cotton
-A black nylon jacket
-Baggy nylon sweatpants lined with fleece and accompanied with buttons and pockets
-Black boots

((Considering joining, but it's been so long since I've read Hunger Games, it's pretty fuzzy.
Also what Literacy level is this?

Why use a RNG though? o3o Isn't it much more interesting to let people play based on their character's own skills and ability to survive? I mean, what happens when a wuss is picked to win? xD Are others just going to have to do something insanely stupid just so they can win?))

((Graveyard; the only reason I'm doing a RNG is because I know I'll get a lot of crap about who the victor should be. Also, it will be because there will be people who have just been ripped to shreds by a dinosaur mutt, and then they'll spontaneously come back to life.))

Body Type; On the shorter end of average, average weight, very strong and fast sprinter but not a good endurance runner.
Skin Color; very pale, like the colour of porcelain, with a slightly pinkish tinge.
Hair Color; Very Long, wavy dark brown hair.
Eye Color; She has very large blue-gray eyes
Any distinctive features?:  She's got a few scars from several incidents around the docks involving fishing hooks and gutting knives.  Most of them are on her hands, but she has a tiny scar close to her left eyebrow.
Anything else?:  Kismet is very loud and exciteable, but mostly she is readable.  She's an enormous ball of energy with a boyish sense of humor, a tender heart, and a crooked smile.  Kismet can be very fragile at times, for she is self-conscious to no end, but she constantly pokes fun at herself besides that.  Although everyone in District 11 is very dedicated to their work, Kismet never really had to do that much work in the fields.  She actually couldn't most of the time, seeing as she was very sickly as a younger child.  Kismet is asthmatic, so she would often have to stay indoors and suffer through her coughing fits during the harvest.  While some might whine and be utterly depressed, Kismet instead handles her health issues with her usual jesting and jokes.  You never know just what will come out of her mouth.  She's very blatantly honest, but at the same time, she can be an excellent liar.  She can't hide her emotions, especially when it comes to fear, which she has plenty of.  Kismet's always been horrified of open water.  She's also afraid of heights and other such things.  Her greatest fear is losing someone she loves.  She has an 18 year old brother named Derek who she loves dearly.  He tried to volunteer to take her place during the reaping, but even if boys were allowed to volunteer to take a girl's place, Kismet would never allow him to save her.  Kismet doesn't really feel like she has much of a reason to live, seeing as most people view her as a coward.  She will do anything for the people and things she loves, no matter the consequences.  Even if it means her death.
