Denthe flashed a smile. "Thanks." Then she streatched with her arms reaching high over her head. Her elbow-long, fingerless gloves shifted to show a few white scars on her lower arms.

"What happened?" Luke breathed. Josh opened the door for them, tripping Jace as he entered. "Ladies first," he scolded, nodding his head at Raventh. Jace scowled and stood back up.

Denthe glanced at Luke before realizing the scars on her arms where showing. "I have more," she said as she lowered both of them. Pealing off the gloves, she revealed more white scars that criss-crossed against her darker coloured skin.
