Taylor couldnt help but laugh a bit. "Its not being a wimp its called surviving. I dont know if you know this but its a fact that the homeless dont live after they turn 20. Unless of course you become homeless after you are already 20. My point is that, I want to live past that and so far im doing just fine. So if you want to live in a brick outline, fine by me." Taylor hissed. She then tugged gently on Nikki's red bandanna and started to walk away. Taylor didnt care if Mel thought she was a wimp and she definatley didnt care if he wanted to throw a brick at her either. She could easily go and squish his bird if he crossed the line. Surviving was survivng wasnt it?

Mel squinted his eyes angrily at Taylor. She was just trying to frighten him with that thing about surviving up to 20. He ignored that and began building again. It was now the height he wanted it to be, and he had left a gap for an entrance. He shoved a sheet of wood over the top. He crawled inside, and it was perfect. He stood on top to see how sturdy it was, and it carried his weight. That seemed enough. As he was up there, he saw Echo again. What was she doing, playing with that boy that got beat up? He didn't know, and was curious.

When Echo stood on all fours, Lux couldn't help but let out a small giggle. "Well ok then." He said in a puzzled voice. He then walked towards the Hospital as he motioned Echo to follow. "Its not to far." He said, pointing at a large building a few blocks down. "It used to be for rich people, but it went bankrupt when the newer one opened up. And of course my dad took out his anger on me when he lost his job." He started to remember that unfortunate day. He realized he was spilling this out on a complete stranger, but he didn't mind. "I know you probably think I'm weird for telling you this, but thats ok. You don't have to talk back. I just want someone who will listen." He paused to look down at the girl walking on all fours. "You know?"

Taylor laughed a bit more and rolled her eyes after she had left Mel. "Poor kid, doesnt know whats in store for him in the future. Hopefully he wont turn into a Druggie and do some stupid stuff." she told Nikki. Druggies were the people she cslled who always used money on dugs and drinks instead of food or water. Taylor finally got home and used the stair to climb to level 2. Level 2 was safer and cleaner than all the other levels yet the others had lots of intresting stuff in them. She then layed on the torn up bed and fell asleep while Nikki slept on a soft pet bed Taylor found for her a couple months back so she wouldnt sleep on dirt and tiny bits of glass.

Melvyn now stared curiously at Echo and the hurt boy. He hoped he had not been seen, for it would seem rude to stare. He decided to get closer and try to hear what they were saying, nosy as he was. Mel left his little home temporarily and walked to the alley behind the houses the two were walking by. He walked in the same pace and tried to hear what they were saying. Mel did not look where he was going and walked straight into a lamppost, like you might see in a cartoon. "Ow..." he moaned. He touched his head and felt it was sticky, and when he looked down at his hand that had felt his head it was dabbed in crimson liquid. "damn..." he murmered. Roth was worried and hopping about anxiously on Mels right shoulder. He made quiet chirrup noises from time to time, but would not stop hopping about. Mel felt a warm trickle of blood run down his face, but smudged it to the side with his sleeve.

gets up from playing music and goes to find a friend at last finds Echo and Lux smiles and goes up to them says hi.

Melaria knew that the boy most likely was going to that abandoned hospital down a couple blocks. But she was to afraid to step out onto the road to get past the thorns. She then turned back ((Still holding the parrot and the bunny.)) and ran the other way. When she got to the abandoned street she then turned down and got into a corner to hide.
