"Well go hunt for yourself then.",Shadow said as the scent of Tieral reached her nose and a small,but unnoticable smile crept across her mouth and she turned her head to look at him quickly as the smile became more noticable.
I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

Meanwhile, Lash had slipped away and was following Ruko into the Rabbit Clearing. She knew that the new fighters weren't supposed to go there until Palelight told them but Lash was known for not quite following all the rules... She saw a flash of black fur and Ruko's soft voice and then a flash of white fur close behind and she shot behind a bush, only her eyes peeking out. Palelight was there with Ruko. "That lone wolf... whats his name... oh Diray! He's been coming by a whole lot. I'm starting to wonder if thats a problem or if hes trying to join the pack." Palelight mused. Lash crouched even closer to the ground as Palelight's tail brushed along the top of the bush she was hiding behind. Diray... that was that wolf that had interrupted her conversation with Shadow. Conversation with Shadow. How odd. Shadow hardly ever talked to anyone. Lash wondered if maybe Shadow would want to be friends. Lash didnt mind but she thought Shadow might weigh her down. Lash was all about breaking the rules and being stealthy and adventurous. She wasn't so sure about Shadow.

Shadow walked away from the annoying loner and sighed angerily as she layed down in the shade of a tree and watched Tieral quietly with perked ears,"He'll never like me.",she said quietly and then flattened her ears to her head,"How could he? I'm so,so different then him.",she added with a slight whimper.

Lash had managed to get away very, very quickly and saw Shadow lying dejectedly beneath a tree. She padded over, fixing a smile on her face and plopped down. "Whats wrong?" She asked

Shadow looked away from Tieral and at Lash,"Oh! Nothing,I'm fine.",she said as she sat up and perked her ears back up,"Do you remember the name of that loner. Dir something?",she said trying to change the subject.

Koilen watched his brother devour his meal before noticing a skulking Shadow walking by. She didn't look too happy and noticed her eyes fixed on his brother. Rising to a sit, he watched her with speechless eyes. The rabbit he had caught still lie next to him on the ground, untouched. In a swift movement, he picked up the rabbit and stalked towards the now two females. As he neared her and Lash, he heard Shadow mention something about his brother never liking her. "You don't know that.." He spoke in a deep, almost foreign tongue after dropping the rabbit a few inches away from her. "Tier is very odd I guess you could say." Koi spoke before sinking his teeth into his meal.

Shadow looked away from Lash very quickly and straight at the male wolf,"Did you accually hear what I said?",she said with a worried tone and looked at him in suprise,"Did you?",she repeated and flattened her ears to her head as she sat down and looked alot like a pup that was being scolded.

Koi looked at her and gave a slight nod. "I heard you on my way over here." He responded as he swallowed a piece of his small rabbit-meal. In just a few more bites it was gone. "You should talk to him." Koilen spoke simply as he glanced at his brother before turning back to her.

Ruko padded over to Maka and wagged his tail. "See anyone you got your eyes on?", he asked grinning slightly. He tried to scope anyone out, but didn't see anyone in his interest. He looked at Maka and saw her eyes shoot straight toward the Alpha Palelight. he grinned slyly and nodded. "ahh, I see now", he snickered a bit, barking happily at her. She blushed wildly but knew that Ruko was right.

Lash saw Ruko talking to Maka and shot to her feet. She threw an apologetic glance at Koilen and Shadow. "Guys, I have something I have to do." She stammered and then shot away. She felt Shadow and Koilens questioning gazes on her back but she hurried off. When she neared Ruko and Maka, she flicked her tail and walked slower, trying to look cool. "Um... hey Maka. Hey Ruko. Whatcha talking about?" She smiled evenly. Maka looked alarmed and Ruko smiled tensely. Lash wondered if Maka had done something wrong. If she had she should tell her father but something told her that Ruko would have no interest in her if she tattled. "I won't tell Palelight." She added.

Ruko's smile dropped from his face as Lash approached them. Maka's tail wagged a bit as she walked up to them. She could see her attempts to walk slower and giggled to herself a bit. She sat up on her haunches and Ruko sat down on his. They both were on the same rock and looked at Lash.
"Hey Lash, just talking about how Maka likes a certain someone in the pack", Ruko said softly. He snickered and looked over at Maka. She was blushing wildly and hid her face a bit. He wasn't good at socializing and didn't much like it anyways. Maka on the other hand was like a butterfly when it came to socializing. She could make friends with a tree if possible.
"Hey there Lash!", Maka exclaimed. She knew Palelight's daughter and thought she was sweet. She was in no way trying to gain love by getting close to the Alpha's daughter but like Lash anyways. "How are you", she spoke in a soft caring tone as her tail flicked from side to side.
