I don't have a theme or a plot yet but if you throw in some of your ideas I will be able to throw together a plot.

2 I want this RP with little to no romance. Every RP I am in everyone makes it into a romance thing where she likes him and he likes someone else, I just want to make a RP where they are just really good friends

(( Umm... how about a futuristic setting where... teens have like these robot pet type things and something is going wrong it the city... something to do with the government and slowly some sort of virus is taking over the robots, and it's up to the kids to stop it...?

I dunno, the idea is for a manga I'm working on and it sounds a lot better in my head and I'm not even sure if it could work as an RP o3o ))
