Seth had moved his tail away just in time as she sat down and wrapped it around the ankle of his leg which was now propped casually in the air by the knee of his other leg. He had placed both hands behind his head and peered through to Naida with one eye open and said. "Sleeping, or trying to." His eyes closed yet again and he shifted a bit, putting his foot down slowly, so as to avoid scratching the wood bench with his mighty claws. "What are you doing out here?" He inquired back, taking a deep breath afterwords. The white underbelly fur extended and parted as he breathed and closed in as he exhaled. His tail, now fallen to the floor, hid under the bench to avoid being stepped on.

"Talking to you." Naida rolled her eyes. "I like your kangaroo look." she smiled sincerely as she gazed over him. His purple and blue body, his strong legs, his kind face. "I'm Naida, a..." She sighed, defeated, "A dragonfly..." She sighed, here came the laughing, or maybe the teasing. She shook her head, starting to get up...

He didn't react at all. His eyes examined her and he thought to himself 'So that explains the cloak.' And shrugged. "I liked myself better when I didn't have this dye all over me." He watched as she started to stand and he spoke calmly. "Needing to go somewhere?" Another person stopped and stared more openly than the other students. Seth glanced to him from the corner of his eye and said. "Care to try some of my fur dye candy? I promise you'll look just as pretty as me." His even tone was hard to decipher. Was he serious? The antelope anthro that had stopped to stare quickly walked on, deciding that chancing fate with this offer wasn't worth the hours of staring he could do.

"Well, I liked Elementery school better, my wings hadn't grown in yet and I could have been mistaken for a dragon which would have been cool." Naida glared at the antelope freshman has he stopped to stare at Seth and then looked back at Seth. "So did you look wuierd before? I thought all kangaroos were purple and blue." She joked and then smiled. "I was telling the truth thoguh, I really think the colors look nice on you...

His ears flicked and his nose twitched at her compliment. Again, difficult to judge whether he was embarr*censored*ed or disbelieving. "I quite dislike the colors chosen. Both of them are my least favorite. Though I can't exactly argue with what my sister choses when she wants to try her latest beautification inventions. She thought it would just change my hair, not my whole fur. The purple ears is a horrific side-effect that neither of us counted on." He tugged one down to his eye level with his left hand and stared at it with a displeasing ex pression. "Why do you hide your wings?" He asked after a moment of examination.

"Cause they're ugly and I have scales, it seems... you know, weak. I mean, you have great powerful legs that you could like win a track competition or something. When I was little, I used to swim, but now I can just like sit on water, going underneath gets my wings wet." She sighed miserably and stared up at him. "Your sister dyed you? Whoa, cool, wish I had a ister, I*m an only child and have moved away from my parents." Naida rolled her eyes and let out a smile. ...

"Weak?" Seth said, quirking a brow and looking at her. "I don't see how scales are weak. They're infamous for protection and durability. Wings even more-so. How many of us beasts do you think can fly after you? Don't you think some of us dream of flying?" He never dreamt of it, but he knew it was a common wish among those who walked. After she devulged her wish to him, he snorted again. "Sisters are a pain. Especially older ones who think you're still the child who wore her princess dresses way back in the day," a moment of silence p*censored*ed before he spoke up again. "If you do get a sister, wish that it's never a reptile." His own sister was a desert lizard. Brightly colored and infinitely beautiful to those who liked those cold-blooded wretches.

"Ias yours a reptile? My mom is a spider." She shuddered, "She can be so incincere sometimes. My father is a Dove and my aunt is a lion. Where all so different." She sighed. "So, what grade are you in?" She took off her cloak, revealing the shimmering blue and purple wings. The hair under her hood flowed out in a m*censored* of black. Her antenni perked up and her scales on ehr face became not hidden by shadow. They became a sparkling sheet of blue and lavender...
