Shadow responded by trotting over from her hiding spot and grabbing his scruff before pulling him farther from the sightless bear. She let go of his scruff and scolded,"That's why you don't mess with bears. It could have been much worse." Then she began to lick the wound clean and hoped someone would come help.
I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

Brad used his legs very slightly to help shadow pull him along. "Leave me alone now..." He said as he slowly stood up and walked even slower towards the tree he hid behind first. He curled up, keeping himself as warm as he could. "Thanks shadow, you really are a great friend." He said as he closed his eyes to test for a while.

Friendly stared at Sly as he stopped him. "I'm not a cub anymore, and you are not my father." He muttered under his breath before trotting again behind Sly. He wasn't just going to let this slip away into an old memory already.

Sly sighed, "I guess your right.." he said quietly. Though he knew he would regret letting Friendly come, he had too, not like he could argue or fight wih him at this stage. He realized it was taking too long so Sly grabbed Friendly and carried him on his back. "Gosh your heavy.." he said inbetween breaths. After a few minuetes he finally got to where the bear was and saw two other foxes. "Hey you ok over here?" he asked in a smooth voice.

Friendly yelped and his eyes widened when Sly picked him up, and growled quietly as he said he was heavy. "What do you expect? I'm an adult." Friendly pointed out. He sighed and clawed at the air when Sly stopped. "You can put me down now..." Friendly said, more agitated than in pain or out of breath. He wriggled off of Slys back and landed on the floor with a thud. He stood up and edged closer to the hurt fox, but stopped and kept his distance when the black fox came into sight. A black fox? Friendly's ears pulled back when he saw it, and stepped back a little.

Shadow was sitting by Brad to guard him from threats when the two other males appeared. Her ears went back,but she answered,"Fine. He just has a cut across his face from that cursed bear." Then she saw the other fox back away and laughed. "What? You to afraid of a black fox? A female black fox?",she teased and then looked down at the sleeping Brad.

Friendly frowned as he was laughed at. "No. I am not afraid of no black fox, female or not." He announced, and walked closer to her. He tapped her on the nose once or twice with his paw. "In fact, I'm not afraid of no bear, either. I brought him down, by myself. I can prove it, if you don't believe me." Friendly spoke again. He probably smelt of bear blood and looked covered in it enough, so it was pretty believable already.

Sly felt himself light again when Friendly jumped off his back. He let out a large breath and looked to the sleeping fox and the black one. "Oh yea, the bear was kinda our fault. Well Friendly's fault!" he said blaming it all on him. He then looked to the bear and realized the fox was probably hurt or something. "Anyway who areyou guys and what happened?" Sly asked

Friendly's head swung round sharply. "How was it MY fault?! I can't summon bears to come and eat us! And I can't mind control you to make you run like a headless chicken, and then me have to SAVE you!" He said back. He then noticed he had probably woken the sleeping, hurt fox beside the black one. "sorry." he whispered.

Shadow looked at Sly,ignoring Brad as she said,"I'm Shadow and he's Brad. When Brad noticed that bear couldn't see,I guess,he decided to get a closer look and got slapped across his face by a single claw." She then saw the cut beginning to ooze again and licked the wound until it stopped and looked back up at them.

Brad woke up when Shadow licked him on the face. "Who are they?" He said as he looked up and saw two other foxes. He stared at the blood covered fox that smelt of bears. "Did you... Kill that bear!?" He said in a surprised voice as he stood up. "You actually killed it?!"

Sly laughed a bit when Friendly got frustrated. "I know, I know.." he assured. When Shadow introduced themselves, he wanted to introduce himself as well but something inside told him not to trust them. He didnt exactly know why but something just said no. "Um are you guys siblings or something..?" he asked trying to chsnge the subject. "And yea we killed it." he answered Brads question.

Friendly huffed and answered Brads question. "Yes, a huge disco!" He said.He could sense that Sly did not want to say their names, do he decided to tease him. He put a nasty grin on his face and shouted, "LET US INTRODUCE OURSELVES. I AM FRIENDLY, AND HE IS SLYYYYYYYYY."

Brad flew back, he ran off an his behind a tree. "What ya have to do that for?! Thats not like party mood!" He said and growled, then stepped out from behind the tree still growling. "Well, you do need to have a bit of fun sometimes don't you?" He said angrily.
