Destery raised an eyebrow. The way Josh said it made it sound like he had freakin' grabbed him and tried to make-out with him...or something. "Just your cheek, jeez. Don't you dare go all, 'you have to take responsibility' on me, either, alright?" he said, frowning at Josh. He certainly didn't want to have to deal with that situation again.

Severin flinched when he was hit, and he snarled at Charlotte, even if her words didn't sound as harsh as her hit had been. Then he settled, letting out another quiet whine. Like he cared if he died. But, whatever. If Charlotte was willing to try and help him, he'd let her. He craned his head to the side, exposing his neck, and whined again.

Charlotte bit her lip, frowning. The skin on his neck was raw, red and bleeding slowly. She winced, shifting closer and looked at it. She ignored him in silence, and pressed one finger on the wound. "Venom," she murmured as she pulled her hand back and examined the clear liquid on the tip of her finger.

Josh didn't say anything, but wrapped his arms around Destery and gave him a tight hug. He closed his eyes, blocking out the throbbing in his head, and let the embrace fill him with a swirling feeling of peace.

Rosa let go with one hand, and loosened her grip with the other. She rubbed at her eyes. "It was a dream. I was falling..." she added on with a frown, "and then I just woke up and you were holding me." 

"Interesting." Damon replied, before letting her go.

"You we're screaming. A lot. About me." 

That bastard poisoned me? What the hell? Severin thought, grimacing. He was basically forcing himself to stay in his wolf form, but he really wanted to shift back. He let his muscles relax, then tensed them again when he started shifting back.

Destery blinked. For once, Josh didn't seem like he wanted to bite someone's head off. Either that, or he was pretending. Even so, he returned the embrace, setting his chin on top of Josh's head. He must've been in serious pain. It was probably karma, though, for hurting Severin. And, from what he could hear, poisoning him.

Charlotte blinked, standing up. She wiped the venom off on her leg, and blinked at Severin. "The only way I can help you," she mumbled, looking away. "Would be for me to suck the venom out; but I know you won't let me do that..."

Rosa gasped, obviously unwilling to let go of him. "Yeah. My dream...you were in it. And my mom and dad." she bit her lip, finally releasing him from her death grip.

Josh didn't move, but stayed where he was. He was definately glad when Destery hugged him back, and only showed he had noticed by squeezing him a little tighter.

Severin let out a long breath, sort of like a sigh. He jerked his head a little, hoping that Charlotte would take the hint and bite him already. If he ended up kicking her, he'd blame it on her, 'cause it definitely wouldn't be his fault... Would it?

"Alright, I think you might crush me if you hug me any tighter," Destery said, chuckling. "I wonder how you're even able to hug me. I hate to move when I'm in pain." He pulled away from Josh, pushing his forehead against the other's. "You're not going to be all mean to me anymore, are you?" he asked in a whisper.

Josh smirked. "I never said I was going to change my personality for you, silly." He took back one of his arms, and pressed his hand on the back of his head, then looked at it. Blood soaked most of his palm. "She hits pretty hard," he mumbled. "For a girl."

Charlotte beamed brightly, happy he was finally cooperating. "Good, you're on board." She added on as she kneeled beside him. "I thought I was going to have to knock you unconscious." She moved his head slightly, taking another look at his neck nervously. "Are you sure?" She asked. "This is going to hurt."

And hehe. :B Their hugging picture sucks anyways, so.. xD } 

"For a girl," Destery repeated, laughing. "I think we should be cautious around her. For all we know, she could be stronger than us." he said, standing up and dusting off his jeans. "If you're going to keep being mean to me, I guess I'll just have to be mean back." He smiled down at Josh, holding a hand out to help him up.

Severin gave her a look, silently saying, "Just shut up and do what you want." He turned his head away again, wincing slightly. One of his paws was soaked in his blood, and his body was really starting to hurt. It was like someone had set him on fire or something was ripping apart his flesh from the inside.

Charlotte sucked in a deep breath, still unwilling, but ducked her head towards his neck. She licked him slightly at first, wincing at the taste of werewolf flesh, but sighed and bit down almost exactly where Josh had.

"She's probably older too," Josh teased, grabbing Destery's hand. "If you drop me, I will kill you," he warned, winking at the other vampire. His throat was starting to burn where Severin had bitten him.

Severin grimaced, muscles tightening and ears flattening down against his head. He brushed off the fact that she'd licked the spot he'd been bitten on, and let his tail thump down hard onto the ground once, actually making a stone or two jump. He whined, trying his best to keep from rolling over or snapping at Charlotte.

"Damn, you read my mind," Destery said, grinning. He pulled Josh up quickly and then releasing his hand, wiping it off on his shirt to tease the other vampire. He stepped forward, cocking his head at Severin and Charlotte. "You were really trying to kill him, weren't you?" he asked, turning back to Josh.

Josh looked away from Destery and busied himself brushing the dirt off his shirt and pants. "I don't know," he said quietly. "I don't know what I did." He moved his eyes to Charlotte and Severin, guilt prickling him slightly. he shoved it off, ignoring his emotions like he usually did, and continued brushing himself off.

Charlotte griped one of his front paws tightly as she drank, using all her strength not to pull away. The taste and smell was churning her stomach, and she almost wanted to vomit. But she didn't, only tightening her grip on him slightly. 

"Hmm," Destery placed his hands on his hips, staring at the two. He thought that Josh must've been blinded by rage or something, but he didn't know what Severin did. He glanced behind him, noticing shattered gl*censored*, along with something that looked like a magnifying glas.s. Probably was, but what did it have to do with anything?

Severin pulled his paw away from Charlotte, whining when he did. If she squeezed it any tighter, she'd probably end up breaking it or something. As if he wasn't already injured enough. He set his head on his paws, closing his eyes and letting out another whine. When would she be finished?

Severin stood, head hung, and then turned his head to look at Charlotte. He blinked at her, then jerked his head in the other direction, starting to walk over to where he'd basically gestured at. He'd have her go get some clothes for him. It's not like he wanted to stay in his wolf form.

Charlotte frowned at him. "I can't understand you, you know. I'm not a dog whisperer or anything." She licked her lips slowly, trying to hide the pleasure she got from tasting more of Severin's blood. How could something so good feel so wrong?

Josh, glancing down at the broken looking gla ss, felt his stomach flip. He twisted his face up in self-disgust, spun around, and raced away from Destery as fast as he couple manage.
