{ -pokes again- You Should Meet Her. ;-; }

Josh swatted his hand away with a roll of his eyes. He stuck his tongue out in return. "No, I don't like blondes. They're not the brightest, and seem to have some weird obsession with their looks." He snorted. "I like chicks-" he added on as an after though, "-and guys, for that matter, that don't have fake noses."

Rosa ran an old brush through he hair, frowning at her complexion in a dusty old mirror. She was tan, with dark brown hair and bright yellow/green eyes, but she was very short. She stood at about 4' 3", and had virtually no curves whatsoever.

With an unhappy sigh, she walked out of the warehouse where she resided and started to wander through the city aimlessly. She let her nose guide her around, not caring where she ended up. She had time to kill.

I have naturally black hair. ouo But, y'know. I dyed it jet black and red. )

Hey, good thing I'm not a blonde. "Ohmahgawd, what about boys?" Destery latched onto the other vampire's shoulders, gripping tightly at them as he stared hard at Josh. Maybe he could figure out what the hell he was talking about by staring at him. "...Euhmm... Fake noses? What's that supposed to mean?" he asked, furrowing his brow.

Destery frowned as he was moved away, and he thought about clinging to Joshua in a way that would be impossible to pull him away from. But, after a few moments of silent thinking, he decided that unless he either tied his arms in a knot around Josh, that was impossible. And then he realized what Josh had said; what about plastic surgery? "I still don't get it," he said, his eyebrows knitting together. "...Hey, I'm not homophobic!" he exclaimed, and then he grabbed Josh's shoulders again, grinning. "Don't worry, I know what you mean~ And, don't worry, I'm a queer, too."

Josh frowned, not bothering to explain any more. Instead, he blinked at Destery in surprise. He smiled slowly, prying his fingers off again, almost tempted to snap one. "Really? Great. That makes me feel so much more comfortable with you clinging onto me." He rolled his eyes, letting go of the other vampire's hands. "You do do that a lot, you know. Cling on to me." 

Destery blinked. If they had mentioned a werewolf in the last few sentences, then Josh's saying, "I'm not a dog," probably would have been offensive. To a werewolf, not him. But, it didn't matter much to him. He crossed his arms just as Joshua did, and smirked. "Before, I would've been like, 'You bet!' but now, I'm not gonna say that. You're being nice."

Rosa blinked a few times, scenting the air again. Vampire? Again, she inhaled deeply. Well, it wasn't any vampire she was familiar with. She crept through the park quietly, Josh's back to her, quivering. She could feel the blood pounding in her ears with fear. There were two.

Josh smirked. "Okay then. So what would you do? Follow me?" He breathed in through his nose, catching a whiff of werewolf. A female werewolf, at that. He was unfamiliar with the scent, but said nothing to Destery on the matter. He only stiffened and bit down on his lip slightly.

"Follow you sounds like a good idea," Destery said, smiling at Josh and nodding. What was that scent in his nose? Smells like werewolf to me, he thought to himself, his eyes flickering from tree to tree. I'd think it was Charlotte, but it doesn't smell quite like he. His eyes rested on a small flicker of movement, and he pointed in the wrong direction. "Werewolf!" he cried, and then blinked when he saw a squirrel. "...Er, I don't know where it is, but I know she's here."

Josh frowned, turning around. "I smell her too," he muttered, breathing in deeply again. She was close. Really close, actually. He took a step forwards, eyes narrowed, looking for the rogue werewolf until something hit him in the chest and he was thrown onto his back.

Rosa perched on Josh's chest, still quivering, and brought her first down on him. It connected to his nose with a dull crack, causing him to grab his face and let a fluid line of curses fly through the air. She glanced up at Destery, yellow eyes narrowed into a glare. "Who are you?" she asked sternly, feeling proud of herself for tackling one of them. They would probably ear her now, but it was fun while it lasted.

Josh got on his knees, still cupping his face. He hissed another curse as he set his nose in place with a sickening crunch. "She broke. My. Fricking. Nose." he snarled, blinking up at Destery and Rosa. "What. The. Hell." He stood up, wiping his hands on the back of his jeans with an angry glare at the werewolf. 

Rosa pulled away from Destery, heart thudding wildly in her chest. They were so much taller than her; she hadn't noticed from a distance. "Two against one isn't fair," she pointed out, panting. Her arm hurt where Destery had grabbed her. She eyed the vampires unhappily. 

"I didn't know you weren't going to attack me," she argued, puffing out her chest bravely, although she felt smaller than a mouse. Rosa suddenly missed Damon. She wondered where he was, and if the other vampires could smell him on her. "And your personal problems aren't my concern, leach."

Josh rolled his eyes, leaning up against a tree. "Cheater," he said in a bored voice to her. "Can't even attack on fair grounds. You have to just jump out on people like that..." he frowned at Destery, and said yet again, "She. Broke. My. Nose."

Charlotte sat up in bed, tired of pretending to sleep. Maybe nobody would notice if she walked around with the lights out. After all, human's eyes weren't that sharp. She blinked, drawing her body silently into the other room, where a small TV was perched on a table, along with a stack of books and a few dusty couches in the corner.

Peering out her window, self-consciously running a hand through her hair, she thought she saw a flicker of movement. She couldn't smell much through the dusty, stale air around her though. { Didn't Severin follow her home? lolol. ;o}  

( Yupp. )

Destery glanced from Josh to Rosa, and then stopped, his gaze settling on Joshua. "Sorry," he said, and then walked over to Josh. He gave him a quick hug, considered giving him a peck on the cheek, and then backed off. "As for you, Miss Werewolf, you should apologize, too." he said, turning and crossing his arms at Rosa. "What the hell? You can't just ambush someone and break their nose. What if I broke yours?" He stepped towards her.

Severin blinked at Charlotte's window. He could've sworn he had seen someone move inside. Squinting his eyes and sniffing the air. Well, he could smell Charlotte, and now he thought he could see her. Charlotte looked so dark against the...darkness. He frowned a bit, and he suddenly got the urge to howl. Biting his tongue, Severin shook his head. What was he doing, anyway, standing outside a vampress's window?

"I dare you to try it," Rosa said, bristling, as she took a step backwards, away from him. "I'll just call for Damon," she said coldly, crossing her arms over her chest. "He'll come help me." She blinked, and thought, At least I hope he will... She frowned again though, glaring at him.

Josh frowned, trying not to look too ruffled from Destery's hug. He rubbed his nose gently, wincing as he triggered pain. He hated breaking bones. Especially when a werewolf did. Especially when that werewolf was a girl. "She hurt more than my nose," he muttered under his breath, thinking of his damaged ego.

Seeing another slight movement, she inhaled deeply. Werewolf, she thought, stiffening as she dropped into a crouch. She blinked, frowning, and inhaled again. No, Severin. She stood up, stalking over to the window. She yanked it open and glared into the darkness. "Damn it, Severin. What are you doing outside my window at this hour of the night?" 

Destery took another step forward, and paused to cock his head. "Eh? Who's Damon?" he asked, and then took in a whiff of air. "Is that the vampire I smell on you? Damn, how many other vampires and werewolves are there in this town?" he asked, ignoring Josh. "Hey, if you've got back up, why don't you call that Damon character over now? You could be in danger."

Even from where he was standing, Severin could see Charlotte almost clearly. Thank you, werewolf vision. he thought, and jumped slightly when he heard Charlotte's voice. Damn, he hadn't expected her to notice him. "I stalked you," he called back, and waved. "I was bored, i didn't wanna go home, and I caught your scent. Hi!"

Charlotte pulled off one of her slippers, and chucked it at him with inhuman strength. She watched it bounce off his forehead. "You're such a freak!" she said in a voice an octave higher than she would have liked. "Go home, Severin!" She paused. "Wait. Were you watching me?"

Rosa could feel a lump grow in her throat. "I-I don't know where he is at the moment," she said, taking a few more steps backwards. She felt her back press up against something hard and stone cold; Josh had moved behind her. She jumped away from him. "Y-yeah, Damon's the vampire you smell on me. We're friends. Good friends."

Josh only smirked, crossing his arms over his chest with a content look on his face. She was scared; he could smell it coming off of her in waves. That was good. She deserved it for breaking his nose. His beautiful face... Josh almost whimpered out loud.
