"I can't," Josh muttered, frowning as they continued to walk away from the scene. "That bastard broke one of my ribs, and now he's going to go all flipping Priest on me?" His eyes were narrowed into angry slits. "I'm feeling a tad bit murderous."

Rosa leaned against a tree for support, wondering faintly in the back of her head if this was normal when people lost blood. She scowled at Logan. "God? Really? You're going to play that card, now? You just beat the crap out of somebody. That's against God, I'd say." She frowned, holding back from saying, and I bet being a Vampire's a sin too... Inhaling deeply, she jumped.

"Somebody's coming," she squeaked, head turning to look in that direction. "Um.. a vampress. And another werewolf, too." She frowned.

As they walked closer, Charlotte was able to hear more and more of the conversation. She wondered faintly why they were talking about that. She nudged Severin gently, and murmured, "The she-wolf scented us..." 

"You need to stop bleeding." Damon sighed. "I'm not going to hurt you."

"Shut up, Damon, let her bleed to death. And feeling murderous, are you? Bring it on." 

Destery ignored Logan, and pushed his hair out of his face, taking a moment to poke his tongue against the inside of his cheek. "Well, murdering might be what we do..." he said, taking a moment to glance back at the other vampires. "But...you know, it wouldn't be smart to try and fight these guys." I guess. Destery thought, pursing his lips. I want to.

Severin bobbed his head up and down, nodding. God. He snorted loudly, and turned, starting to walk away. No such thing. Severin stopped for a second, looking back at Charlotte and blinking at her. Coming? he asked her in his head, as if she could hear her.

Charlotte frowned at him. "Come on Severin," she whined, crossing her arms over her chest. "Let's go see what's going on. I smell blood; somebody's probably injured." She smirked, pulling lightly on his tail, just to aggravate him. "Come on!"

"I'll get right on that," Rosa grumbled, ripping the sleeves off of her shirt, tying them together to form a makeshift bandage. She wrapped it around her head, glaring at Logan. "Don't tell him to shut up, you pig."

~

Josh only grimaced as he flexed his hand. "You're right," he mumbled. "They're not worth it. Why waste my energy and risk another broken bone on a couple of losers. One's panting over a wolf and the other's obviously been locked up in the attic a little bit too long." He rolled his eyes.

Severin had started walking away again, wagging his tail nonchalantly. Then Charlotte yanked on his tail, and he yelped. He looked back at her, snarling and bristling his fur. That was painful. He lowered his head to the ground, stalking back towards the scents they'd been following.

Destery laughed. "Uh-huh. Yeah," he agreed, and stopped his laughter abruptly, looking at Josh's hand. "All that happened to me," he started, frowning a bit. "is that I bit the inside of my cheek. And possibly crackeded a bone near or in my neck that is starting to bother the hell out of me. Are you okay?"

Destery rolled his eyes, lifting a hand to rub at the back of his neck. "Ah, who gives a fu.ck? I'm not gonna die, anyway," he said, and shrugged his shoulders. He flinched then, and then gave Josh a sheepish smile. "Well, it hurts, y'know, but I'll be fine, too. Hey," Destery slowly raised his head up, cocking an eyebrow. "Sun's gonna rise soon, right?"

Severin shot her a dirty look from over his shoulder. If he hadn't already known that she was probably much stronger than he could ever hope to be, he would've lunged for her head. At her question, he simply glared at her as a response. He'd rather go home and sleep, honestly. There was no sense in staying up all night, and then sleeping all day. After all, he did have a job.

"That's right, you burn in the sun." Damon noted, not a hint of joking in his tone. The sun. It hurt, and he knew it. He turned to Logan, using his speed and surprise to over take him, snatching the ring off his finger.

"Hey! Give that back!" 

Charlotte only smiled, winking at Severin. "Race you there," she purred, chuckling. Without saying go, she took off, racing towards where the other vampires and the werewolf were. She slowed as she approached them, listening for Severin behind her. "Hello," she chimed, smoothing out her hair as she looked over the three.

Rosa jumped, heart slamming in her chest. She frowned, rubbing her eyes. "I'm tired," she mumbled, clearly in a foul mood. "And I'm getting sick of you two arguing..." She ignored Charlotte, who had startled her in the first place, and stretched out sleepily.

Josh coughed, clearing his throat. "Yeah," he said, smirking at him. "It is. We should probably split up now, huh?" He blinked a few times, walking in silence after that. He couldn't even remember what he and Destery had been talking about before the she-wolf had jumped him...

Severin's eyes followed her, but he didn't move to run after Charlotte. He could heard well enough what was going on from where he was. Eventually, though, he started into a trot, hearing Charlotte greet the strangers. Once he did catch up, he took a spot next to the vampress, tail wagging slightly.

"Probably," Destery said, slightly alarmed by Josh's random coughing. He was probably just filling up the air, but it still startled him. "I think I go that way." he added, turning and pointing to the east. Then, he turned back. "I'll see you later, right?" he asked hopefully, smiling.

"Don't split on our account." Logan said sarcastically, earning the smack upside the head Damon delivered.

'Stop being so rude. Say sorry.' He smirked. Logan sighed, crossing his arms over his wide chest.

"Fine," He huffed. "I'm sorry." Logan looked to his side, spying the two. "Great. More intruders."

Charlotte frowned. "I'm not an intruder, I'm a young woman who was curious about all the noise around here." She started to approach, not really caring about what they thought of her short-shorts, tank top and sweater combo. "And I brought my friend, Severin. He's a wolf right now, as you can see."

"Of course," Josh smirked, starting off in the direction of his place. He ignored Damon and Logan frostily. His sneakers were silent on the ground as he walked away, hair ruffled by the breeze that was picking up. It was getting early.. He'd better get a move on.

Rosa sauntered towards the bushes on her right. "I'll be right back," she told Damon and Logan, disappearing into the darkness. Once out of sight, she stripped and then let the burning warmth she was familiar with race through her body. Within moments she was shaking out her thick caramel fur.

She padded back out of the bushes, flicking her ears at Damon and Logan. That's better, she thought, scratching behind her ear. Now I'll heal much faster... Rosa let her eyes linger on Severin with slight curiosity.  

( WHAT. )

Severin let out a short-lived snort, and stepped after Charlotte. She wasn't so much as a young woman as she was a really old vampire. Well, at least, that's what Severin thought. Weren't all vampires super old? Severin shrugged off the question and sat down.

It wasn't too long before he noticed a pair of eyes on him, and he glanced over his shoulder, glaring in a sort of half-as.sed way. "What?" he spat.

"Right, then." Destery chirped, and waved slightly, walking off. It was starting to get bright out. He ducked into an alleyway, figuring that going between buildings would be faster than going around them. He didn't want to run, because he'd look ridiculous, and he was in no rush to get to his home.

{ I found a shih tzu in the park, and put up fliers and stuff yesterday. o3o And then today, the owner called, and described the dog perfectly. Conversation after that;

Mom: "Awe... It is your dog. :c"

Her: "Is that a problem? o_O"

Mom: "No. I'm just in love with him. He's so cute and he gets along so well. When will you be picking him up?"

Her: "Well, I adopted him about a month ago, and he and my older dog don't get along well at all. I'll talk to my son and see about letting you... keep him."

So I'm all spazzy. ;D His name is *Buddy and he's the cutest thing... <3 }
