"I know it's illegal!" Severin snapped, taking a step away from Charlotte. Jeez, she just kept getting closer and closer. Maybe she was gonna bite him, just to see how werewolves tasted. He wasn't sure how he tasted, but he didn't wanna have to bite her to find out how vampire flesh tasted. "A-and... Like I damn about what other people think!"

"Yes, I'm a vampire," Destery said, mussing Jason's hair. "You know, I met another vampire earlier today, and his name started with a J, too! Although, he was really mean, and he certainly didn't take my hand." He cocked his head, blinking. "Although, he did punch me in the chest. If I were still human, that would've killed me!"

"You're scared." Damon said, more of a statement than a question.

"Why?" He asked her, ignoring what she said. 

Jason blinked, feeling a little feverish. "So there are a lot of vampires around here, I take it?" He sighed. "I was just running away from one; i don't know what her name was, but she was really pretty." he frowned. "You don't seem mean, or like you're about to eat me. That's a first." He perked up.

Charlotte sighed, frowned at him. "Tsk tsk," she said, blinking a few times. "You have quite the dirty language there, mutt. Perhaps," She smiled, pulling a knife out of her back pocket. "I'll just have to cut out your tongue to keep you from speaking such dirty words. We wouldn't want that, would we?" She raised one eyebrow, and sheathed the knife again.

She walked close to him, until she was only a foot away from him, "Say," she murmured in a seductive, sweet voice. "Have you ever been bitten by anything other than fleas before?" Her eyes shimmered.

"Why are you a.ssuming that one, I want to fight, and two, that I would fight you?" Damon asked again, leaning against a tall Oak tree to his right, hands in his pockets

Destery blinked at Jason, then tilted his head. "Well, from what I can smell, yes." he answered, smiling down at him. There were several vampires around, including him. It was sort of a scary thought. "Are you sure you weren't running away from a werewolf? I can smell another scent on you, and it's very werewolfy." He blinked again, then grinned. "And, thank you for the compliment."

Severin snarled again, his lips curling and unveiling his teeth, which looked rather menacing. When Charlotte put her knife away, he relaxed, but only slightly. What he really wanted to do was get the hell away from the vampress, but he was sure that if he tried to run away, she'd grab him and throw him down...or something. "I'm bitten by mosquitos, thank you. I'd like to keep it that way." He tried to resist the urge to scratch at his neck. The thought of fleas made him itchy.

"Well, I was with another werewolf, but we ran into a vampress and I kind of ran away and left him there." He wrinkled up his nose. "How can you smell who I've been with? Is that some sort of vampire power?" He stared at Destery in awe.

( He's not the brightest ^^" )

"You're rather interesting," Charlotte said, studying him over. "Good-looking, smart, sarcastic, strong." She added on with a sad ex
pression. "Such a shame out species are at war with each other. And besides," she chuckled softly, taking only one small step away from him. "I've never seen a cat and dog be in a relationship, so a vampire and a werewolf would hardly be appropriate, would it?"

She smirked, and held out her hand. "My name is Charlotte." 

( xD I can tell. )

Destery blinked at Jason. Was he kidding? "Um, no... You can do it, too, and so can cats and dogs...even humans." He smiled again. If he had a tail, it would be wagging like crazy. "You know, like when a girl hugs their boyfriend and then they step back and are like, 'Why do you smell like perfume?'" He chuckled.

Severin stared at Charlotte's hand, then sighed, taking it and shaking her hand lightly. "Um, well, my name's Severin. And, I don't think cats and dogs are as hostile towards eachother as people make them seem." he said, smirking a little. Maybe he could be a little comfortable around her. It didn't seem like she wanted to kill him.

Jason chuckled, glad he found someone who wasn't anti-social and unhappy. He really liked Destery (as a friend for now), even if they didn't belong to the same species. "I think I get it now," he said, laughing a little. "See, I'm new to the whole werewolf thing; I've only shifted like, three times and it's really awkward trying to get used to the new senses."

Charlotte pulled her hand away from his, looking at it in wonder. "Amazing," she mumbled. "I've never been able to feel warmth before, but you're hand..." She blinked at him. "Seems like we have a lot to learn about each other, huh, mut-" she cut herself off with an apologetic smile. "I mean Severin." 

"What are you insinuating?" Damon snapped, his face wrinkled in disgust.

"Whatever. I already made it clear that I do not intend to hurt you in any way." He spat, turning around, starting to walk away. 

"Why are you so paranoid? It's fine." Damon chuckled, his head down, looking at her from below his hair line.((Don't know how to explain it. Look at the Joker pic. for reference))

"Anyway, what do you want?" He asked, in the most polite way possible.

"Why'd you walk away like that?" Rosa asked, frowning up at him. She had to crane her neck to be able to see his face, which was surprisingly handsome for a vampire. "I never said I wouldn't go with you." 

((Lmao, it's not scary. Joker is.. smexy.))

"Actions speak louder than words." Damon replied curtly, his dark eyes calculating over her face. His eyes widened slightly, as a smirk pressed onto his lips. She could pa.ss as a vampire, if it wasn't for her smell.

 "Do you always speak like that?" She said curtly, frowning harder. "with odd sayings and riddles? It's awfully confusing, and annoying." She brushed her brown, messy hair out of her face and thought about getting a haircut for a moment, until she realized she couldn't afford it.
