Tamlin's smile did not diminish as the shade watched Kyla leave. Once she was out of sight, he vanished in a puff of black smoke to reappear at his usual station outside the door to his master's residence. He smiled, rather smugly, as Kyla approached. He bowed and opened the door in a sweeping motion, saying, "Welcome, Lady Kyla."

Within the dimly lit room, Lucian was sitting in a comfortable chair turned to look out the window, which consisted of the entire back wall. As the door opened, the vampire didn't even turn, merely shifted his icy-blue eyes Kyla's way, saying, "I hope my dear servant didn't cause you any trouble, Kyla. It's been awhile."

We'll see about that... Lucian silently sneered. He had never in his entire lifetime truly acknowledged the council's authority, and he had often gotten into quite a bit of trouble because of it, but Lucian was too rare of an a.sset for him to simply be discarded. And yet, he was careful when it came to Kyla. As the highest member in the council, Kyla had no real obligation to abide by the rules; she could kill him with little reprecussions... if she could kill him. Lucian gave his reply as a sigh, turning away to look back out the window as he said, "Jacob must die, there is no disputing that. I will forgive the council's dishonesty concerning Jacob's life, but I will not allow thier inadequacy in hunting him down. Tamlin!"

The shade seemed to melt from the shadows in the far corner behind Lucian, bowing as he asked, "You called, Master?"

"You have work to do."

Jacob had already left, his bidding would be done even when he wasn't there to see it be pulled off. He took to running to rome, there was a underground tunnel, that after one entered they didn't come back, though,Jake was able to. That tunnel ran all the way to Japan, though he gathered plenty of humans down there for himself,and after he entered, there was no getting out until Japan, and there was no way at in since it was closed on both ends on the outside.

Kyla sighed,"All you have to do is dispose of her wolf, then you don't need to worry about Jacob and his plans."

 Lucian held up a hand to keep Tamlin from leaving just yet as he asked, 

"What do you mean? If Jacob is sheltering the Fruit, it will be very difficult to get to her. How will killing the wolf make things any easier?"

"Because, chances are, the wolf protecting her is the one meant to return the werewolves. She doesn't have a group of them surrounding her, only one and that one may eb teh one who will in such fashion, if he lived, even after Jacob was gone his bidding would be done, because there also must be one specific gene in teh wolves for it to work, that gene gievs teh wofl, feelings others are mindless and uncaring." Kyla replied.

Lucian stared at Kyla as he digested and processed the information. "Fine," He said after a moment of silence. "Tamlin, go find Jacob." Before Kyla could question the orders he had given Tamlin, he swept past her towards the door, saying, "I'll kill the wolf myself."

(I do just about anything except Warriors and Twighlight vamps :3)

Kyla huffed and dissapeared into teh night herself, she had more important thinsg to do than take house calls.

Taelin patted Shadow. "You have such nice,soft, and warm fur, did you know that?" Shadow woofed liek he thanked her for the compliment,"You're welcome.", she laughed.

(now things get interesting X3)

Tamlin melded with the shadows once more, his essence flowing into the darkness that made up half of the world's true nature. He would have to make a few stops around the world to talk to a few informant and find Jacob's position, but that wouldn't take too long, especially not when Tamlin was as determined as he was now; he had personal issues with Jacob afterall, though he had never told his master that.

Lucian climbed down three flights of stairs below the ground level where he proceeded to unlock a series of security thingimabobs sealing a giant titanium door shut. As he released the final lock and the door swung silently open, Lucain crooned, "C'mere Buddy, I've got a new friend for you to play with." Three pairs of glowing red eyes appeared from the darkness within the chamber, followed by a growl. Lucian smiled, "I know you're impatient to play, but we need to go find your new friend first, he's run away and hid himself you see."

Taelin patted Shadow in mere boredom.

Talmin wiped the blood from his hand with a dirty cloth, barely casting the body on the floor a second glance. he had gotten the information he needed and no longer had to bother with the delicacies of after-death rituals. Looking at the peice of paper he had retrieved from his 'informant' Tamlin looked to the horizon. within 24 hours time, he had narrowed his search down to Japan, not bad at all, even for a shade. Tamlin slipped into the shadows once more, one step closer to his goal.
