Ffff. Fire-types in a forest. That's just asking for trouble. xD

It was quiet in the forest.

Or, it was until a streak of red whipped through the tall, strong trees, the form moving quickly. IT jumped abruptly into a tree, still long enough for one to see that it was a red Lucario, the only one of his kind. He blinked his red eyes, carefully searching the area around him before he bolted off again.

The Lucario was running from another Pokemon, this one being a Blaziken. He ran through the trees, following the red blur that was the Lucario ahead of him. He smirked --at least, as well as he could with his beak-- as he ran. He was going to catch that Reno this time.

Reno, the Red Lucario, decided to take the high road and jumped into the trees, leaping from branch to branch. There was no way he was letting Embro catch him.

Reno jumped to another branch, this time letting himself fall a bit. He gripped onto the branch with practiced precision, flipping himself around it to crouch on it, waiting for the fire-type to get close enough.

Embro slowed down a bit, looking around when he could no longer see the bright red pelt of the Lucario, whom he had known since he was a Torchic and Reno a Riolu. He tilted his head, then carefully pressed on until a flash of red from above caught his attention, though by the time he noticed it it was too late. The Lucario laughed, landing right in front of Embro to tap his paw against the feathered shoulder of the Blaziken.

"Maybe next time, Embro," he stated with a grin.
