Josh snarled in response to his name, venom pooling in his mouth. He blinked his oil-black eyes and bunched his muscles, preparing to spring at her.

Lydia stood up despite the sword that was jammed through her. She snarled back and raised her hackles angrily.

Josh growled in a ragged voice, "Blood." He released the tension in his muscles, and sprang at Lydia. He landed on her back, and he bit down on the back of her neck. Her blood tasted odd, but it was blood never the less, and that was good enough.

Josh's paw slipped from where it was, dislodging the sword. His jaw loosened it's grip, and the tainted blood stopped working it's charm on him. Something about it was killing his blood buzz.

Josh rolled away from her, now-indigo eyes wide. He was shivering from head to toe with guilt, anxiety, hatred, more guilt, disgust and sorrow. He stared at Lydia like she'd grown a third eye. ((I'm going to bed now. Night. ))

"I never will, so go away," Josh snarled, noticing with slight pain and satisfaction she was running away. Good, I have to think for a minute... He curled up in an abandoned fox den, and stared out of the open entrance. His mind wandered in random directions.

Lydia ran away fom him gratefully. She pretty much killed trees as she ran past them into the small abandoned town.

Josh closed his eyes, and for the first time every, fell asleep. It was a dreadful. He felt weak and defensless, like he had no controll over what happened.

Lydia was shot at a couple of times, but managed to get away with only a limp. She was cursing Josh multiple times inside her head and limped away to go find somewhere to sleep.
