Calyx padded around a tree. Her stomach rumbled as she quickened her pace. She breathed in the air, ~Theres an Elk Carcas.s close to here~ She thought, her mouth wattering. She triped over an open root, and tumbled down a small hill and into a stream. She stumbled up, mud all over her white pelt. She waddled out of the stream to see that the mud had alreay dried and was practicaly glued to her. She sighed, and started to walk to where the carcas.s was. She grunted when she coulden't smell anything because mud was dried to her nose. She looked horrible, some of her ribs were showing and she had mud all over her. And worse, her nose was blocked and she coulden't smell a thing, she was too vulnerable...Something could attack her out of knowwhere...

Ash smelt the carcas.s too. She bolted to where it was. The scent was getting stronger as she neared it, and her mouth watered. She could see it now, and was practically drooling. She sniffed the air, and smelt another wolf nearby. Looks like Im not the only one who smelt this elk, she thought, and ran up to the elk. ((Looks like Calyx has some competition, huh? XD))

(( Uh-oh....Calyx dosen't know how to Hunt or Fight xDD)) Calyx trotted to the Elk Carcas$, not smelling or noticing Ash. Calyx stopped and pawed her eye. "Ow...Ow..Ow....." She whimpered. There was something in her eye and she just made it worse. She stepped in water and noticed that she was padding along a small lake. She waded in the water and washed her pelt. There was only small specks of dirt in her pelt now, but she still coulden't smell anything and there was still something in her eye. She sighed and padded out of the water and too the Carcas.s. She was about seven steps from the Carcas.s and Ash.
