3.No taking control of characters that are not your own ,no invincible characters.
4.Your characters must be of your own creation ,No exceptions.
5.Nobody knows anything about what's happening (Thus the "It's been ten years since the last scribbling and it seems that all has been forgotten,
the fear, the plans, everything about the event." bit) I am serious.
6.Don't
tell people what you would like their characters to be or how to act as
they are not yours so you shouldn't worry about them unless it is a
breach of the rules of either Rescreatu or my roleplay.
7.Don't kill other peoples characters unless they are okay with their character being killed.
