Arabella smiled at the raccoon. "You want a teacake?" she asked, delighted "Okay!" She broke off pieces of the cake and fed them to the raccoon. Daphne leant over to Ridge. "Is it just me, or is this raccoon a little too smart for an ordinary rodent?" she whispered. Ridge nodded and shrugged as if to say yeah, but what can we do? |

Rodent? Raccoons aren't rodents. He ate some of the tea cake. This was tasty. He'll have to get them to cook. Should he show himself? He rested his head on her leg. He would show himself later. He yawned and closed his eyes. He'd listen to the conversation.
