James was surprised when the girl ran into the wall, who did that? He'd never ever ran into a wall before. He was going to say something but Damien beat him to it. "Are you alright?" He asked her, she had sat close to him so he might as well see if she was ok. She seemed fine but that was just first glance. 

The bell rang, signalling that any other students to arrive would be marked at tardy and have to be sent to the main building for a tardy slip and come back to get it signed. It also meant that cla.ss should start now. He wondered what had the teacher in good spirits this morning. Usually he was brooding over something or lecturing other students that were unlucky enough to catch his attention.
