Kuruk dipped his head in greeting, sighing softly as hde lifted a hand to run it through his long black hair. He wandered into the forest then, soon finding Kitchi. He could smell the blood from the deer, so he smiled slightly, reaching out to place a careful hand on the boy's shoulder. "It is alright. Not all hunts end in success, my child," he told him, chuckling softly. "Do not worfry about it." His voice was gentle, soothing, but strong like the bear he truly was.

Wihakayda looked at the forest and walked into it to go see what birds or animals she could spot and still held the pendant,firmly,in her hand.

Kitchi heard the Kuruk approaching, and turned in his direction. He was kind of surprised to see the unfamiliar male - Native American but clearly not of his tribe. At first he felt defensive, but the hand on his shoulder calmed him. This man held no ill will towards him.
"Who... are you?" he asked quietly, staring up at the taller male. There shouldn't be any tribes near this area. Was he a loner or exiled from his tribe?

Kuruk merely smiled, pulling his hand back as he stepped back only one step, tilting his head slightly. He slowly shifted back into his natural form, seating himself on the ground. "I am Kuruk, guardian of your tribe, my child. The white bear who watches over you," he answered, dark eyes gentle as he stared up at the human. "I have guarded this tribe for many, many generations. I am sure you have been told of me, given your sixteen years of life." The bear smiled, ears perking towards the human.

Angpetu slowly pulled back on the rein's and shook her head. "Yeah.." she whispered and nudged her knee's into Wakoyantanke's side, causing him to gallop off, further out onto the plain's, to where they were alone. This was her secret part of the old western plain's, only her and the spirit's knew about it. She crawled down off of Wakoyantanke and down to the ground, their she crouched up and rested her on the dirt, she closed her eye's and mumbled a few word's. This was her own little tridition for when she found a herd of buffalo, she praied to the heaven's thanking God and the spirit's.

Epona smiled, crouching down to be eye level with Angpetu. "You are a wonderful hunter, Angpetu. I have come to help you. I can teach you how to tell if a buffalo is sick or... Well, you know if it is injured. And also if the buffalo is too old or too young."
