This is a school for mentally ill teens. It is in London, England, and every teen is around 14 - 19 years old. They have all had horrible pasts, but this is not much better. The teachers are doctors, the teens are made to take tests for their illnesses, and none of them like it there one bit. What happens when they find a way to escape? Will their illnesses stop them from working together, or will they try to work their way around it and find a way to live a normal life? Bio: Name:

Illness: Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder
History: For the first eight years of his life Angel was a pretty normal kid, until a drunk-driver sped through his neighborhood and hit him. He was taken to the hospital by his parents where the doctor told them that, other than him being blind in his left eye, he would recover from all his seemingly fatal injuries. For a time after that, Angel seemed fine. Soon, however, he started to hear voices. Three voices to be exact. They called themselves Grey, Brown, and Red and asked to be kept a secret from his parents in exchange for their friendship. Angel agreed and the four became the best of friends. Grey was very over-protective of Angel and would get upset over a simple scratch. Brown usually kept quiet, but Red, much to Angel's dismay, would often try to convince Angel to do bad things like cheating and stealing, sometimes threatening him. Grey eventually got fed up of Red and killed him. Angel, believing the three were real, begged his parents to help Red. Scared, his parents took him to the hospital where he was diagnosed with Schizophrenia. They gave him pills and sent him home. Angel took the pills for a while, but soon realized Brown no longer talked to him. He started to think Grey killed him as well but Grey told him the pills poisoned Brown. Grey begged Angel not to take the pills anymore, saying he would be next and Angel agreed, only pretending to take the pills. Everything went fine for a while and the doctors took him off the pills he wasn't even taking. As the year went on Angel started seeing Grey in his reflection and actually feeling Grey's touches. Eventually, Angel even let Grey control his body. However Grey could only do so when Angel took the bandage off his left eye. One day at school Angel was being bullied and the boy tore Angel's bandage off, allowing Grey to come out. Grey stabbed the boy in the eye with a pencil, killing him and Angel was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and was enrolled in the school, being labeled as highly dangerous.
Personality: Angel is very sweet. He tries to be nice to people even if they are afraid of him and is easy to take advantage of. Despite his age, he is very mature. He is street smart and has learned how to handle himself in a fight, even though he doesn't like violence. He loves to read.

Personality: Grey is very over-protective of Angel and has tried to be a good source of emotional support for him. He never asks Angel to do bad things and often gives him good advice. He is quick to jump to violence, but only when it is necessary. He claims to be able to see out of Angel's left eye, even though Angel cannot do so himself.
Appearance: See Angel's Pic. However when Angel looks at him in his reflection Grey has dark grey hair instead of white.

Illness: Poppy hasn't been diagnosed with anything, she doesn't have enough money to go to the doctors.
History: When she was 3, her mum left for another country, and Poppy never saw her again. Her dad beat her often, and she ended up going crazy at her dad. No one knew what he did to her. She ended up not being able to trust anyone, and her dad left her. When she was 13 she killed a boy. She was in one of her uncontrollable rages and was just in reach of a knife. She is haunted by that every day, and she regrets it deeply.
Personality: Poppy is bright, sensitive and bubbly, except when she's angry. When she gets angry she can be uncontrollable. She tries to never get in a rage because of what she did to the boy, but sometimes she can't help it. She has her own little world, and sometimes she drifts into it and it takes a while to be snapped back to real life.

Name: Nathaniel Hawthorne
Age: Eighteen~
Gender: Male
Illness: PTSD, bipolar disorder, and compulsive-impulsive disorder...or something like that... Oh, yeah, he's also a bit of an impulsive liar.
History: When Nathaniel was about eight years old, his father was murdered. For what reason, he was never told. He became rather moody, and when he was ten, he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. When Nathaniel turned fourteen, his mother remarried to a man Nathaniel barely knew. At that point, he was starting to get rather rebellious and uncertain, as he was struggling to find his place in the world. His stepfather kept trying to get close to him, mostly because his wife told him to do so, but Nathaniel kept rejecting him, spitting things like, "Stop trying to act like my father." right into his face. His stepfather seemed nice, until he did something to Nathaniel that scarred him for life. He was told not to tell anyone, and if didn't, it wouldn't happen again. But, it did, which led to Nathaniel becoming impulsive, jumpy, and antisocial. When he turned sixteen, he somehow mustered up the courage to tell his mother what was going on, and his stepfather was promptly arrested. Afterwards, his mother divorced, and Nathaniel claimed that he was "fine." Bottling up his feelings for about a year, Nathaniel practically exploded after his seventeenth birthday, becoming highly unruly and unmanagable, becoming more and more violent and high-strung with every p*censored*ing day. When he wasn't angry, he was depressed, and he tended to sulk in his room. This was believed to be his bipolar disorder acting up, but later, he was diagnosed with PTSD. Then, he was simply sent away.
Personality: Well. I think his history might explain it a little, but okay. Nathaniel is an unruly, angry, frustrated, and yet deprsessed person, often turning to self-mutilation to wash away his feelings. He'll glare at everyone he sees, just to keep them away. Simply put, he is a sociopath.

( Nah, it's not obsessive-compulsive disorder. ono My brother has something that I think is called compulsive-impulsive disorder, and it's where you do everything without thinking, hence the word "impulsive" in the name. And, okay! 8D )

(( Winter: Well they don't have to be totally off the wall bonkers. Like with Angel, he acts normal enough until Grey comes out, then he just acts like a different person. Just pick a less sever disease. ))

((xD I don't know many mental diseases... The only things I really know about mental diseases are the few cases I hear from my uncle who works with them as a nurse, you know, caring for the mentally ill who hurt themselves. Like a Schizophrenic man who cracked three rib bones and punctured his lung but didn't notice.))
