Angel trudged down the dirt road, glancing at ponies who walked by. Her mane fell over her eyes, blinding her for a moment. She bumped into a tree, some of the apples falling down and clunking her in the head. " Ow, ow, ouch, oof!" she yelped. A few colts chuckled and pointed, some of the older mares stifled giggles. Angel sulked and stood up. Her big brother wasn't there to protect her. She tried to fly home, but, it wasn't useful. Her wings were too small. Her mother had told her that when she was a filly, she wasn't the best flier either. Angel pulled her saddle bag up and headed towards her home.
Apple Cider had been in the field for hours, trying to buck one apple down. She had been convinced she was going to be like her mom. One of the best apple-buckers in the family She threw her hind legs towards the tree, and...
Thump!
Three apples fell down. Cider jumped with joy, all the way down to town. She passed a sad-lookin' filly, but didn't say a word. She bounced over to the vendor by Sugarcube corner. " Howdy, Mister Bits! We got some nice apples fer ya! Ah could bring some ovah later if ya like." Cider chimed. The light blue stallion smiled. " That's be quite nice. Thank you. Tell your father I said hello, aswell as Apple Bloom."

Star Dancer was one of the few fillies able to fly well early. She jumped up, flapped her wings hard, hovering with an increasing tension until she let go. It was like being a spring. Thrusting herself forward, Star felt the wind make tears stream down her cheeks as she burst forward. Seeing another filly - and a TREE - she snapped her wings open to try to halt, then when that clearly wasn't working, she braced or impact. Oh, and by the way, OW MY WINGS. STUPID SNAPPING OPEN.
Shielding herself with her hooves, the wind carried her smack into the tree. Sliding down quite ungracefully, Star Dancer rubbed her head and checked for anything broken. No, nothing this time, but she was lucky. Maybe she should be more careful next time. Looking over at the other pony, she seemed sad. "What's wrong?" Star Dancer asked. She wasn't the best at cheering others up, but she could always try. --- Jewel was moving fabrics around as she tried to put together an outfit for a very important client. Put this here, put that there... No no no, that didn't belong there, perhaps over... here. Yes yes, much better. "NO NO NO, THAT'S ALL WRONG!" she shrieked as she rushed about some more and measured and cut and applied. Finally, it was finished. A pale blue base with rubies sparkling every hem, and golden lacing lining it in extravagant patterns. "This must be shipped off to her immediately!" Jewel spoke with glee, her duty fulfilled. She made a phone call, then set off outside, trotting daintily.

All of a sudden, something had burst out of the Sugarcube Corner's windows. MUFFINS! Flying everywhere! Immediately, ponies started taking cover and dodging them, though some chose to just catch and eat them. A young blue colt bounced out of the Sugarcube Corner, more of anxiousness and excitement than worry. "Oop! Sorry everypony! Some magic got a bit carried away while makin' some muffins!" He yelled a bit. The muffins continued, 3 of them hitting Mister Bits and what seemed to be a young filly. He looked over "Ah! Sorry! Sorry!" He said.
It took a while, but soon the muffins died down. Gummy Drop grinned "Well atleast that's over with!" But soon frowned "But now I can't throw Dinky Doo a Muffin Party!" He said, looking around at the area with ponies going around and cleaning/eating up the muffins.

Angel jumped back. Her books nearly toppling over. She had recognized this filly. Star Catcher? Moon Dancer? She was frightened by the sudden interupption. Angel was speechless. Her soft voice wouldn't help either." O-Oh..I um.." she stuttered. Angel let out a little squeak of shyness and let her hair cover her face.
Apple Cider was strolling through town. A muffin bonked her on the head. " Oof! WHAT in tarnation?" she said, picking up the muffin. She saw a colt's sillohuette bouncing in Sugarcube Corner. She trotted towards the door and peeked inside.

Gummy Drop looked over to see a filly peeking through the door "Well hi there! The Muffin Party won't be starting in a while though. Look at what happened to all my apple muffins!" He said running around the room, tripping on a few apple muffins. "Oof! And I also don't have anymore apples left to bake more. Sorry" He said to the filly, ears drooping. A small alligator poked its head of out the piles and piles of apple muffins, spitting out an apple muffin in distaste.

Belmac trudged out of Sweet Apple Acres, his ears pulled back slightly as he looked around. Angel had wandered off and it was time to go look for the little filly. His eyes, only a few shades lighter than his father's, focused on several places within the little town. He sighed, shaking his head. Where on earth had that filly gotten off to?
Soon enough, he had finally located the little pegasus filly and he trotted over to make sure she was okay. "Did anything happen to ya, Angel?" he asked, his ears perked up as he tilted his head slightly.

Gummy Drop grinned, a big shining grin with his white teeth. "Really!? Your a life saver Apple Cider!| He said, bouncing up and down excitedly. "I need 30 apples by the end of the day! I'm pretty sure I can help you gather them if you want me to!" He said, eager to make the apple muffins and start the Muffin Party.

Angel's ears unfolded as her brother came in vision. " Belmac!" She yelled softly, then jumped into his arms. " Big brother, I missed you!" Her size compared to her brother was not even half. Angel nuzzled her head into his big, strong chest. Belmac was one of the only ponies she felt safe with. Other than her father, and her mother.
Apple Cider smiled. " That'd be much appreciated, partnah. " She grinned and turned towards the door." You go ahead and get it started, Ah can bring the apples"

Belmac lowered his head to gently nuzzle his younger sister, a smile forming on his muzzle. "Nothin' happened, right?" he asked, his ears perked up. If something had happened he would personally go take care of it and make whoever it was apologize. Yeah, maybe he was a little too protective over his sister, but she was just too darn sweet!

Gummy Drop "Theres a HUGE and I mean HUGE basket next to the fridge, you can drop off apples there. Time to go bucking!" He said, dashing out the door without even thinking twice. Nommy grumbled a bit, crawling out the pile and biting Apple Cider's tail, probably in attempt to hitch a ride to catch up with Gummy.
