Personality: Basically, what winter already said. Only she has her moments of over-peppiness. And theres the very occasional calm moments, where she's actually serious. Other than that, she's exactly what winter described. Additional: Yes, her hair is white. Natural hair color, too. And she never does up her scarf. it always hangs loosely. ((Woo!
