Cynder just kept walking. It's not that it mattered too much anway, point being she knew where she was going, they didn't. All she really had to do was stay ahead of them by a few yards, and that'd be enough. Do you really think it's going to be that easy? "Shut up," Cynder said. A few moments later she realized she had said that out loud, but didn't really care.
